    I placed an order with the company in November of 2024. My order status has not changed and still says awaiting fulfillment. I emailed the company on 2 separate occasions and have not received a reply. I have call the customer service number and when transferred to any department, I receive a voice mail that is full and not excepting any more messages. I just want my refund at this point. It is a lot of money to just let go.

    Transaction date 12-08-24 supposedly shipped 12-10-24 never received item and when tracking it shows label was created and never dropped off at ***** location I just want a refund it was a Christmas gift for my son and I ended up having to order from a different company!

    Dec 2nd I placed an order with amazon and Blastline was the third party seller, my item was listed as shipped but according to tracking, the label was created but the package was never dropped off. ****** says I need to contact the freight broker but they can't tell me who that is and there is no response from Blastline on who the person is in between them and ****** I feel this is a scam that they lists things and just hope people never find a way to get their money back or makes it so difficult that they give up and walk away.

    On Dec 15, 2024 we purchased a quantity of three item #**LL2144 at $26.99 ea. We were charged $9.23 for shipping for a total order of $90.20 on order #SH289202 or order #**** and our card was billed.On Dec 17, 2024 we received an email update saying that our order had shipped and was provided a tracking number. As of Jan 17, 2025 there has been no delivery. When we check status of the package using the tracking number, we find that the number is bogus and *** says they still haven't taken possession of the package. Multiple (20+) attempts via phone as well as email requesting a refund have gone unanswered. We're pretty sure after seeing the 1/2 star rating and reading the reviews that this is a scam. With all of the data collected by the BBB and all of the complaints similar to ours, how is it that this business still rates a B+ with the BBB? That's kind of misleading at this point.

    I placed an order on 10/25/24 through Blastline USA's website for two gauges (Order #****). The website stated that the gauges were in stock and would ship out within 3 business days. My credit card was immediately charged $288.40 for the full cost of the gauges. I reached out to Blastline USA through their website on or around 11/8/24 requesting an update to my order, and I received a response on 11/11/24 stating that the order was already in process and that it was being expedited. I emailed them again on 11/14/24 requesting an update because it still had not shipped and I received a response on 11/15/24 stating that they would check on the order and get back with me on an updated ship date. I emailed them again on 11/26/24 requesting the order to be cancelled and issue me a refund. I received a response on 11/27/24 stating that the order had been canceled and I would be receiving an email notification once the refund was processed.I emailed them again on 12/27/24 inquiring about the refund because I never received an email and the credit was not posted back to my credit card. I received a response the same day stating that they would check on it and let me know. I emailed them again on 1/2/25 requesting an update on my refund and received a response on 1/3/25 stating that the "accounting team is currently awaiting confirmation of the cancellation from our production team before they can proceed with the refund". I emailed them again on 1/3/255 stating that I was very frustrated with waiting over 5 weeks for my refund to be processed and I told them that I would be filing a complaint with the BBB if I did not receive my refund by 1/7/25. I received a response that same day stating that my refund would be processed by 1/7/25. I still have not received my refund nor an email with an update.I thought I was safe in placing an order with this company because they had an A rating with the BBB, but I feel like I'm being scammed at this point. Please help!

    I have checked the credit card account repeatedly.  The refund has not been credited back to the account.  I previously provided screen shots of the credit card account activity showing that the refund was not credited.  As soon as the billing cycle has completed I will be able to provide a copy of the statement showing all account activity for the period when Blastlline says that the refund was completed.  Something in the refund transaction was not completed.

    The attached credit card statement ending 6 Feb 2025 shows that the refund was not processed 4 - 6 Feb.

    The refund has not been credited back to the account as of today (26 Feb).  Evidently something in the refund process was not completed correctly.  The transaction was evidently not accepted by the bank.

    Ordered two tools from Blastline USA. They charged me and never sent the tools. I sent two emails asking about status with no response. This is a scam. Please don't buy from Blastline USA.

    Ordered an item on 12-6 paid for next day shipping. Item was marked shipped the next day, but tracking still says "Tracking details will be available once package arrives at the shipping facility." 17 days later. This company doesn't answer phones, all mailboxes are full, and no one replies to emails. This company is a scam to the fullest. They should be full investigated.

    On November 18th I placed an order for replacement parts for my frost proof yard hydrant. The items were shown as in stock and I was charged for 2 days shipping. When my order was still awaiting fulfillment 2 days later, I requested that it be cancelled and my money refunded. I was assured by the company that the order would be cancelled and a refund issued. A week later on November 27th I contacted the company again as my order still said "awaiting fulfillment" and I had not been refunded. On December 2nd the company responded that they were following up on the cancellation request. On December 15th my order status still said "awaiting fulfillment" and I still had not received a refund. I contacted the company again and was told that "the request is now on process and the order must be cancelled before a refund can be issued" I was also advised once again to keep an eye out for an email stating that the refund was issued. It is now December 23rd, more than a month after the initial request was made and my order page still says "Awaiting fulfillment" and I still have not received a refund.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

    However, it should be noted that it never should have taken a complaint to the BBB for this issue to be resolved. The company had ample opportunity to refund my money after the numerous emails directly with them over the past month. It is quite telling that what they could not seem to accomplish in a month when the BBB was not involved, they were suddenly able to rectify in 2 days once the BBB was involved. I am glad to have my money back, but would not in good conscience be able to recommend anyone do business with this company in the future.
