            About 9 months ago I took my truck to the shop, and paid $1600 to fix the gears at the rear of my truck that were messed up. I picked my truck up and saw the work wasn't done, so I took it back and he replaced the rear end. I ended up taking my truck back to the shop 3-4 additional times and the issue was still not resolved. I also received a second opinion from **** and they confirmed the issue. After several times of taking my truck back to the shop and the issue still not being resolved, I requested a refund. *****, the owner, said he couldn't provide a refund. I eventually took my truck to **** and had the issue fixed. Afterwards I went back to ****** **** ********** and provided a receipt for the work done at Ford.
