Had services with Aspen Dental Champaign in February 2023 and March 2023. Aspen Dental has repeatedly not billed my insurance provider, despite verifying the information during my original visit. They have dragged this out for so long (May 2024) that I need to manually submit a claim to the insurance myself. Aspen Dental sent "Final Notice" bills for the account, even though I have disputed the charges.Business response

We are writing to acknowledge receipt of the complaint filed by ******* ****** regarding their
experience at the Aspen Dental branded practice located in Champaign, IL which is independently owned
and operated by ****** ****** ***** *** * **********
Upon receiving the complaint, the office that treated the patient will initiate an internal review of the
issues raised. A team member from that office will then be reaching out directly to the patient to discuss
the details of the complaint and work towards a mutually agreeable solution.
We appreciate the Better Business Bureau's role in facilitating communication between consumers and
businesses and take this matter seriously. Rest assured that we will make every effort to rectify the
situation and provide a positive outcome for the patient.

I am rejecting this response because:
Aspen Dental says they have submitted the claim, but Insurance has not processed it yet. Will be satisfied once insurance accepts claim.

When ****** first went to aspen dental we paid up front fo wisdom teeth extraction one cleaning cavities filling and a crown so aspen dental referd us to Dr. Kunas who performed an inplant surgery and now they sad they they reserd for a root canal surgery and not an inplant and we are confused to where things got mixed up. then they kept schedualing ****** for cleanings that costs extra saying that he needed them but never told us that they costed extra. so they kept taking money out of ******'s credit when insted he could have paied right then and there and now they want us to pay more money for the crown when we already payed and I asked to pay for everything ahed so we didn't owe anything later.
