On approximately may 25, Pavlov Media came to bury a fiber line in my yard and damaged my underground gutters. The workers tried to hide the damage by burying the work with dirt and filling my underground spout with dirt. The next rain was about 2 weeks later when I noticed how bad the damage was. I thought it was just cut but it’s bent and folded underground, allowing no water to escape, filling my downspouts and pouring over the 2nd story gutters, washing out my mulch. Pavlov has send me a bill for the work, which I am refusing to pay until someone calls me back about my property damage. I have called 5 times only to be told that nobody is available and they will call you back, which not a single person has. Now they are threatening to send me to collections but will not resolve my property damage. They are claiming that in their software it’s 2 different things and the bill has to be paid no matter what. I need to hold this money as leverage to have someone call me back and they can assess my property damage. It feels like they are threatening to send me to collections to make the problem go away and I’ll never hear from anyone again. It SHOULD NOT be this hard to have someone do the right thing and fix the property they destroyed. I’m asking you to intervene because I am getting nowhere and they staff I do talk to when I call just threatens to send me to collections. When they take care of the damage I will gladly pay the invoice but they don’t want to hear that First 3 pictures are what I could see the day the damage was done. Last picture is from today, which shows the gutter completely twisted underground.

Since Mid-April of 2023 to now, 5/14/23, and continuing to expect problems in the future. They never respond to customers. The wifi is consistently horrible and when questioned about it I am told it is the "legacy providers who own the copper and fibers in the ground" that are to blame. Not only that, but when I tried to contact their VP (*** **********) after he provided me with his information I was left with no response to about 4 messages over the course of 3 weeks. Further, when I left a voicemail for *** demanding a response he claimed I was "threatening" him and said he would pass it along to his "legal department." Poor customer service is one thing, but legitimately threatening customers with legal actions that have no ground is a completely different thing. *** and this company need to be sanctioned. This is out of control and they should not be able to practice business in this way. Consumers need to be protected.

Every single night, and occasionally some times during the day, their internet service is borderline unusable. I live at an apartment complex and consistently have to deal with very high ping with my internet. I play esports for my college and cannot play in tournaments that would give myself and my teammates monetary gain because the internet is unreliable. Every night, I have to play with a ping ranging anywhere from in the 60s if I’m lucky, to over 600. This makes my gaming impossible. I have called them numerous times and they continue to tell me they’re sorry and they’re looking into a fix. This is my second year here. For the price I pay to live at my complex, an ISP this unreliable is inexcusable.

on 15th Nov, the internet connection in my apartment randomly stopped working. I contacted the company immediately and the technician arrived on 16th at 1030. By 11, he had clarified that the issue was in the external cable connection - it was chewed up by a squirrel in multiple places. He said, because it is my private subscription (i.e., the building realty is not the client), I may have to pay for it. I was told i will be contacted by someone who is eligible to give me clear information. As of today (23rd Nov, 9 days without internet), I have not once received a call from them. I had to call them almost every weekday because i received absolutely no update and on-call I was told 'We are waiting for a quotation...we will call you within 24hr.'. (Quotation from their repair service provider that I have to pay for according to them). Firstly, their terms and conditions ***********************************************) clearly state I only pay for the damages caused by me as a client. This is not the case here, evidently. I could not have possibly damaged a cable dangling outside the building from the 2nd floor. Further, it is quite frankly their fault to leave a thin cable exposed to the outside environment where there are many things that could cut the cable, let alone one of the 100k hungry squirrels in Urbana-Champaign. My last communication with them: The customer service personnel tried to connect me to someone higher up in the account management department but no one received the call. She told me to keep my lines open and that I 'may/must have received an email with the quotation'.. and asked me to keep checking my email and keep my lines open. Well, i have been doing both, and nothing. I am done with their dishonesty. I would like a refund for this month and cancel my subscription.

Internet outage started 6/9/2022, has continued for today and most likely into the next week or two. We’ve been told it would be fixed by yesterday 6/17/2022. It has not been addressed or fixed. The Internet goes in and out. This is a twice yearly occurrence and has been happening every year I have lived at this apartment. Normally takes 2ish days to fix, what’s so wrong now it won’t take that same timeline. I’m beyond frustrated, we aren’t allowed to bring in our own Internet providers at all.

I have been living at my apartment place for over two years now and they’ve been using Pavlo media this entire time. About once a month or twice a month the Internet will go out for extended period of time for no reason no weather event or other event has caused this to happen. The service will be out for 12 to 48 hours. This happens about once or twice a month for the last 24 months so over 30 times and every time they say it’s just been fixed it’s being worked on. I am a business major I do not know the ins and outs of Internet service providers struggles at my parents place they’ve had Xfinity forever about once a year the service will go down for like 30 minutes. They live two hours away from me how does this happen in America in 2021 how does this happen. Pablo media clearly does not care about their customers or properly advertising speeds or reliability. I’m currently in the Internet outage that’s been going on for over 24 hours for no reason.
