"I was trying to register online before my flight I was looking at the luggage and happen to add it to my cart but and I saw I had purchased one already so when I wanted to cancel and I couldnt so then when I went to the airline to tell them what happen they said I needed to pay even though the luggage was not needed I even had them pay to register me then when I had my daughter file for a refund I couldnt this is by far the worst Mexican airline"
