      My mother, ***** ********, was a resident of *************** from Jan '24 through July 5, 2024. I gave notice (as POA agent) 7/3/24 to ***** at *************** that my mom would be moving out on July 5. We paid for the month of July (July 11, 2024 - $4015 paid). A 14 day notice is required for moving out, so we are responsible for payment for July 1-July 17. I have contacted Lake ***** 6 times from July 8 through today, Sept 10, trying to get an answer as to when the refund for the half month of July will post. No one will call me back. Even if a full month is necessary to process the refund - it should have been refunded 9/1/24. So far, no word from them. I have tried to resolve this and am getting no where. My mother is owed significant money. I would like a refund (a FULL refund for the month, due to the obfuscation that has taken place). From her checking account: 07/11/***** SEN *** 5127 DEBITS 226 ********, *****$4,015.00.
