      When I moved here they said that everything is included electricity washing free, garbage disposal but that turned out not to be true. Every year they go up 2.5%. I refuse to pay the increase for six months and COMED sent me the gas bill warning me that they will turn off my electricity. I wrote a check for the rent increase and they did not turn off my electricity. This is false advertisement to get people to rent from Seniors Suites ************** they go up every year 2.5 maybe 2.7% that takes the whole increase that the government gives me yearly. If I had known this, I would not have moved in Senior ******************************************************************************************************* I will be looking for a new apartment while I am living here.
