5/2*/2022 I came to their business to purchase a vehicle. The vehicle had a check airbag system message on the screen. I asked ***** to check on this before purchasing the vehicle. He said it went through their ****************** and that it was a factory reset that needed to be reset by ******* ***** told me to text him to schedule a time to come in so he could take the vehicle for me. After the sale, I contacted him * times to get this scheduled. With no response, I took it to ****** of ********* myself on 6/2/2022. 6/*/2022 ****** ********* contacted me and sent a full invoice for the vehicle stating it was missing two airbags in the backseat. I called H*1*1*0*6*1*7*0*1*1**H and ***** * times before I got a response. I told them they were liable and I would not be responsible for paying for the work to be done. ***** said they would find me a similar vehicle and switch the loan to the new car. I told him I did not want to do that but he said they would not pay for the vehicle to be fixed, that I had to trade it in. ***** also told me it would be the same price and that they wouldnt need to run my credit again since they had everything from the previous sale. Because of this, I agreed. I went in to the business 6/*/2022 and picked a new vehicle off of their website. Please note they did not even show me the vehicle until 6/6/2022. While I was there on 6/*/2022, I received multiple emails from Credit Karma that my credit had been run for a second time. I did not consent to this. Drake the financial person, told me my interest rate would be 6.9 instead of 5.9 now with a different loan and my payment would be going up. I told them it was not my responsibility to cover the difference as the first vehicle was the one I agreed upon and it was their negligence that caused this. Because they already had my $*,500 deposit and now ran my credit a second time, I had no way of going to a different dealership for a vehicle. Drake and ***** both told me the original loan with ***************
