    I received my check and it was very short. So I contacted everyone I could, HR, Payroll, my managers because this was the second time in less than a month this has happened (my check coming out short). They tried using an excuse of a check from a month ago as to why my check was short this week. But I never received any extra money a month ago to have lost almost $200 on this check. I am part of a union, Teamsters777. I was also not warned, or told I was losing money? I just want my paycheck. They're claiming I worked 40 hours + overtime + holiday pay. I only made the 38 hours I worked and holiday pay. My check the week of 1.10.25 would be way more than the $715 I received, if i worked as much as they're claiming they gave me. I would have made closer to a grand with all that extra time. I didnt. I added the two pay stubs and their email response to me. I included the hours I was approved that week of the 10th they're claiming to have given me almost an extra 15 hours and my hours last week.

    ORDER #******** Hi, This bag smells so bad there is no way I can keep it in the house. It smells toxic. I do not want another bag. I do not want store credit. I do not want another bag that smells like toxic fumes. I want my money back to my credit card. This type of smell should be disclosed by the manufacturer before the purchase is made.

    On 11-27-2024 @ 3:39.26 PM, I purchased $239.25 of cannabis products and paid Cash. When I got home I loaded a gift card for $200.00 using my Discover card to receive a $30.00 bonus. I noticed that the bonus was only good until 12-2-24 so I emailed the company. After a couple of correspondences, I was told I had used the money when I went into the store on 11-29-24. I was never in the store that day. I emailed them my receipt showing I paid cash when at the store and my charge from Discover. Email below:Thank you for confirming your identity. Our records show that you uploaded $200 on 11/27 and were issued a $30 bonus credit within 4 minutes. We also show two purchases from 11/29, the first for $170.50 and the second for $100, resulting in a card balance of $59.50. It is my understanding that credits at risk of expiration are redeemed before the funds you upload, but have looped in leadership to make sure you are not at risk of losing your bonus credit.     Ordered from their website and checked out and they contacted me via email and had all the information that I submitted via the website and they asked for payment via a secure payment method. I chose to use venmo and sent them the money and then didn't receive any updates or anything afterwards. I then looked into the business and the address comes up as a ********* in town.

    I joined the ************** loyalty program with ZenLeaf dispensary in October 2024, operated by Verano Holdings, with the expectation of accessing member benefits. However, I have been unable to redeem any benefits because the required digital card has not been provided.*** attempted to resolve this issue multiple times without success. Ive sent three emails over the past week to the contact person, ***, requesting either access to the digital card or a refund, but I have not received a response. Additionally, when I contacted the concierge line, I was told they were unsure of the issue and would file a ticket on my behalf. Despite this, I have not received any follow-up or support to resolve the problem.Desired Resolution:I am requesting Verano Holdings either provide the digital card required to access ************** benefits or issue a full refund for my membership.Thank you for addressing this issue.
