I went to sister store: ************ ************ will s**** you over. They do not make follow-up phone calls. They will give you faulty machines. That doesn't even last 24hours. December, I brought my computer in to be fixed (it wasn't turning on). They said they will call me back with a quote. NO CALLBACK. When I called, they did not look at it. Another week passed. Did they call? NO! They said it was either 1 of 2 things, both would cost $149. NO callback when it was ready! I called. They said it was not what they said it was previously and they will have to buy a refurbished computer and it was going to be $250. They said they will call when its ready for pick up. Did they call? NO! I called a week later and it was not completed. They assured me they will call when its finished. I called back another few days later because THEY DID NOT CALL. They said it would be ready 2/12/24, I said I will pick it up 2/13/24. I went to pick it up 2/14/24 and it was at another location. I finally paid for it and picked it up 2/15/24. The keyboard on the laptop was in Spanish, a button was missing instead of paying $250, I paid $200+tax=$220 and was given a keyboard to compensate for the language difference. (Reason for ???? instead of 1). It seemed to work fine in the shop, but when I got it home to make sure everything was in order, a message popped up Are you sure you want to shut down your computer? I clicked cancel a few seconds later, the same message popped up. I was not fast enough to select cancel and the computer went dark and tapping the key wouldn't wake it up. I had to press the power button. After logging in, the same message reappeared and the computer shut down. I brought the computer into another repair shop. They said the computer had water damage. I brought the computer back and was asked for a full refund since the computer was not working properly. They refused to give me a full refund and took $100 for the labor.
