      Absolutely the worst customer service in regards to repairs. Sent in for warranty repair for pixel issues, received razr+ back with front screen popping off, called them immediately regarding this issue and now they want me to send it back for review to see if they will cover it under warranty or if I will have to pay to fix their mistakes.

      customer service is the WORSE!! Purchased a Razr love the phone BUT 5 months later 1/2 the screen doesn't work it's under warranty BUT try sending it to them for repair. Oh that's right you get the run around until you just say F$#%! it. It's July 27 been trying since July 8 to return. UNBELIEVABLE! For weeks I could never get the shipping label they kept claiming they emailed but NOTHING. (No not in spam) Then finally I got it shipped it off on Thursday by FED-X today's Saturday they have no record it was sent. Been on the phone over an hour trying to speak to someone. Get someone on the phone they hang up. I call back wait another 30 on the phone for that call to drop, called again called dropped after 20 minutes of waiting listening to the same **** song over and over!! Put in a request for a call back. Not hopefully I will ever see my phone again. If it worked it's a great phone. But not being able to use half the screen is not an option.

      Motorola g power phones are excellent! I'm on my 3rd one. But, Motorola customer service is horrible.I ordered an unlocked moto g power G5 2024 to replace my moto g stylus G5 2022. Somehow, my order got replicated 3X: instead of one phone, they charged me for four, and sent all four to me! The initial customer service rep is helpful and considerate, but the real problem is, every time they need to transfer the call to someone who has authority to take action, the call drops. I called 4 times, and every time the call dropped within a minute of the transferee picking up the line. I agree with others about Moto needing to be better about reversing the card charges. We refused delivery of the three duplicate phones, and the *** tracking shows those phones are being returned to Moto, so they should have reversed our charges right then. E.g., if *** loses the phones at this point, I'm certainly not going to be held liable. Luckily CapitalOne is helping me dispute those charges.

      I ordered the new moto razr 2024. It has been a week since I ordered my device. I have called three days in a row to figure out what the issue is. I have been sent back and forth to different agents and no one seems to be able to answer what the issue is. Today I was on hold for about 35 minutes before getting connected. Once I was finally put through the right person, they hung up. I called again, this time the wait was 45 minutes and they were "disconnected" This is unacceptable. No one seams to be able to do anything to help. At this point I want to cancel my order and of course no one knows how to do that. Worst customer service ever.

      TRASH. Bought their 2024 motorola razr plus and it can't even make basic texts or phone calls. I put my sim in a different phone and everything worked fine. You f***** ****

      Purchased a unlocked Edge, but some ***** ignored my changed address, and sent it to the address I have not used for over a year.Nobody cared, blamed me for ordering it, refused to use the actual address and ship anew phone. No, they had to do an investigation, then after that, they had to do another investigation.Meanwhile, a month passes, no phone, only stupid excuses.My card has not been refunded for the amount so far.June 25 to current date, NOTHING HAS OCCURRED...I AM THE VICTIM OF FRAUD!Their 'MOLI' AI is useless, after multiple calls, nothing but excuses are what I get.REFUND MY MONEY!From top rated, to trash...sad slide downhill!

      I've been on the phone with Motorola for almost 2 hours now. My phone is under a month old and has had issues since I bought it. They are now saying that they will put a $145 hold on my card plus tax....but that the tax will not be refunded even when I send iny defective phone.I have cancer and do not have the energy to be on the phone this much. I am in pain and just need to be able to use my phone as intended.

      I got my razr+ device on Jan/2024 and was using it with no issues but 2 weeks ago my device and service was suspended, went to my service provider and they told my device was blacklisted by a different company back in nov/2023. tried Motorola customer service but they state they dont block devices and yes, they didnt blacklist the device but what they did was to sell a pre-owned phone as new. I dont know why the device was blacklisted and I dont need to, I didnt pay for a pre-owned or refurbished device. Ive been a ********************** customer for a long time but this is really disappointing and customer service was frustrating. im looking for money back resolution

      Motorola mobility is going downhill ?? it's July 2024 and they do not have the Motorola edge Plus this year. They seem to be going out of business slowly:-(and the customer service is so ignorant you ask a question you can't get a straight answer anymore :-( it's not like years ago where you could talk to somebody and they'd have a straight answer I was on the phone for nearly an hour yesterday and they didn't get me an answer at all they don't know how to handle it :-( no wonder people are going to Apple and ******* and ****** And everyone else has longer updates and Motorola is so cheap about keeping up with that or taking forever to get it and everybody else is way ahead of them :-(

      Motorolo g5 is the WORST brand ever. Purchased a phone and it broke within 3-4 months. Got replacement phone. Had it less than 6 months and the phone just died for no rhyme or reason. Can't get anyone to assist with getting a replacement. Finally got someone to send a shipping label it's a QR code, that won't print for me. Called and spoke with **** who told me it is my problem I can't print it. I am telling all my social media accounts about this scamming outfit. ******* always mailed me a return label. Motorolo NEVER again.

      We would be happy to provide the customer a new label or even have a label shipped to the home. The customer refused a second label from the agent and stated she no longer wished to continue with the repair.
