    Item received did not match item listed on website. Ive included a screen shot of the advertised item and photos of the item received. Item is advertised to have actual photo on shirt, in reality its a cartoonish replication that is blurry and off colored. I contacted the business to complain/request refund and they said that they would look into it and never got back to me.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I would have been fine sending the item back for a refund. My problem is that *** already contacted the business, they asked for photos in a response email which I submitted. They failed to contact me to remedy the situation which is why they were then reported to the BBB. Not just because I decided that I didnt like the shirt, but because the item received does not come close to matching the item as advertised on the website. Their deceptive advertising is the problem.

    I bought a couple of the same shirts off this website and never received them. I also ordered a little toy but did receive that. When I emailed them they said they ran out of stock of that particular shirt and could refund me or send different shirts of equal value. I wanted refund but they wont do it to my card and insist only on doing through PayPal. *** told them numerous times I do not have PayPal so just email transfer me. Then they keep telling me ok they will be happy to refund me just send them my PayPal info which I then tell them I dont have one. Weve gone back and forth like this for about 50 days now. Another reason Im suspect of this company is that I also told them I would take the shirts if they come in instead of the refund. Its been more than enough time to reprint that shirt but they ignore that as well. I have the email thread available if you would need it but for now Ill wait to see how this carrys forward before I waste any more of my time uploading photos. Thanks :)

    I am rejecting this response because:

    this is almost cut and paste the same reaponse they gave me 3 or 4 times now. Its infuriating they tried this with you too!  I would respond every time with I have the same card on file still active And if that doesnt work for some reason then to email money transfer me since I dont have PayPal.  We go back and forth on this issue the last 2 months almost. They cut and paste the same message it almost feels like Im being pranked its that bad     I attached 5 photos of q email screenshots   I have more but 5 is all I could, but it paints a picture

    1: I never received the package, and 2: I never received any discount. This company is shady and cant be trusted.  They claim to have given me a discount but I checked my **** statements and my bank account for a money transfer and there has never been anything

    I purchased a jacket from White Market on December 14th, 2023. I have yet to receive any details or updates on the tracking or shipment. I started reading comments after on their socials and other people have mentioned the same issues. I am worried that since I havent heard anything from them after contacting them that I was scammed.

    I placed an order from their site and paid in full. My order was delivered and missing items. I reached out 3 times via email (as their site says to do) and via their social media. I have not gotten a response for a week now. They have no intent of resolving the issue. My emails did not even get a confirmation from them that they will look into it.I paid in full for an order and did not get all the items I paid for and have no way of communicating with the business now to resolve it. I exhausted all options THEY list to do and nothing.

    About three months ago I ordered from a company who between the two of us somehow miscommunicated my shipping address. They sent it to the shipping address of my old place of residence. I have not lived at that residence for a couple months, so I am not sure how the old address got used. I do not know if this is correct but my assumption would be that they used the address I had saved for my previous order/wish list. I asked them to help me solve the problem, but they told me I just need to go to the old address and ask the people living there if I could have the package. For one I thought that was inappropriate and two I dont have access to that mailbox anymore. I also called the post office and tried to find it through them and they could not find it. I asked for a refund or replacement and they would not give me a reason or tell me why they could or could not give me a replacement or refund. I have contacted them multiple times over the last three months trying to get someone to help me solve my issue. It has gotten to the point where theyve stopped answering me completely. I have filed a dispute with my bank and with the *** and now with the Better Business Bureau. They told me that they would file a dispute and let me know. I emailed them a couple weeks later inquiring about the dispute and the case number. They never responded and I have asked for their legal teams information multiple times which they refused to give. They stopped responding to me completely, and I Believe me I am valid by assuming this is that since they are not refunding or replacing my package nor are they doing anything to help me figure out what happened.

    I am rejecting this response because: The business has given me this response three times now, yet they havent ever given me an update, nor have they replied to any of my inquiries about the previous disputes. They have not helped me at all, so I am rejecting this message because I know for a fact I did not put in a shopping address where I dont live. I believe it was presaved from a previous shopping experience. I do not want them to file another dispute just to brush off my issue and not reply to my inquiries. Filing a dispute is not helpful, and its obvious from the email attachments that they have said this before, but are not following through. They have stolen from me, and by not refunding or replacing my order, they are knowingly participating in theft. It is not my fault they sent it to the wrong address. I shouldnt have to track down the package, and when the post office cant even find it, it is no longer my problem. I did everything I could to make things right, so I am expecting this company to do the right thing as well.
