In addition to insurance products, services provided also include those designed to assist companies in determining their level of risk and exposure, create plans on how to deal with emergencies and disasters as they may arise, and assistance with processing claims for insurance.

CNA conducts business in the U.S. primarily the following domestic insurers: American Casualty Company, Continental Casualty Company, Columbia Casualty Company, Continental Insurance Company N.J., National Fire Insurance Company, Surety Bonding Company of America, The Continental Insurance Company, Transportation Insurance Company, Universal Surety of America, Valley Forge Insurance Company and Western Surety Corporation. *This company is no longer selling structured settlements. They are merely in run-off administering those contracts still on the books. Sales ceased in approximately 2003.
