      I placed an order on August 17th (ORDERbradsdeal230818012256921). It showed delivered on Sept. 12. However, it never did arrive. For the next several weeks I went back and forth via email with the company I ordered from trying to get the package reshipped. They finally reshipped it and it once again did not arrive. I then spent the next several days dealing with them while they refused to refund my money, then offered a partial refund, and finally agreed on Nov. 9th to refund the full refund of $24.97. I was told it would take ***** business days. I waited to contact them regarding not receiving my payment until 25 business days had passed. I was told it was still being worked on. Since then (now 40 business days later) I still have not received the refund. When I inquire about its status I always receive the same-worded email response back: "Please accept our sincere apologies for the delay in your refund. I know it's frustrating waiting for a refund. But I want to assure you that we take your refund seriously and are making every effort to process it as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, there may be some delays as banks are processing a high volume of refund requests. Please be patient and rest assured that we will continue to process your refund. We will personally monitor the progress of your refund and promptly notify you of the refund status. Thank you for choosing our store. We value your shopping experience and we will try our best to provide you with the best customer service. If you have any additional questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us. We are always here to serve you." I have twice requested that my concern be forwarded to a supervisor - with no luck.

      I logged into ****'s Deals and created an account approx 2 weeks ago, then noticed I was receiving 20 or more emails a day, so unsubscribed.I have "unsubscribed" several times by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email. This has only seemed to produce additional emails. I am still receiving greater than 20 emails per day, and now clicking the unsubscribe link gives me a message saying I am already unsubscribed, yet I continue to receive an outrageous number of emails per day.I have also been using the Gmail feature "block" and "report as spam"; I've done this with greater than 100 emails, yet I still receive an outrageous amount of emails per day I looked into canceling and/or closing my account and found information saying it is not possible, the company does not remove or cancel accounts. I've also emailed the company to complain and ask for cancellation with no response.This is absolutely unacceptable, first, they should not be sending so many emails, second, they should allow people to cancel accounts, third, the unsubscribe should actually unsubscribe one from receiving emails.If they do not stop this I am going to have to delete my Gmail account, and that would be terrible because I've had it for at least 15 years.I want their tactics stopped and I want my account closed indefinitely. Please and thank you.

      I ordered pasta attachment from Brads deals and found it was delivered to **. Rather than the delivery address I requested. I never got a response from the shipping company and would like y money back. This was shipped from *****, which was never mentioned in the ad.
