      I am not able to access my account with them. I tried logging in and it says it doesn&#**;t match their records. I tried calling them and I cannot get in touch with anyone. I was told I was approved for a loan but I cannot get to it.

      On July 12, 2021,**************** submitted an application for financial services with CashNetUSA. After further review of *********** application, we required additionalinformation, including verification of her bank account among other requests.

      Based on our review, **************** did not submitthe required additional information, therefore, on July 16, 2021, the loan wascancelled. Our records do not indicate that she has tried to reapply sinceJuly.

      However, we apologize if **************** was not ableto reach our customer service department via telephone directly to address herquestions. Please note, CashNetUSAs hours of operation are Monday Friday 7a.m. 8 p.m. CT Saturday 8:30 a.m. 5 p.m. CT Sunday 10 a.m. 6:30 p.m CT.

      In our continued effort to assist ***************, our customer service representative has attempted to contact hervia telephone, unfortunately she was not available.

      CashNetUSA strives to provide theultimate customer experience and although we cannot guarantee an approval, sheis more than welcome to reapply.

      I am have been getting threatened emails about a loan I wasn't able to pay due to the fact I lost my job the company is Cash net USA

      Asan initial matter, CashNetUSA is not responsible for or participating in thecomplained conduct. CashNetUSA is not attempting to collect any money from **************** andhas no knowledge of the situation that **************** mentionsin their complaint.

      Basedon the details of the complaint, it is clearthat fraudsters falsely posing as collectors havecontacted ****************. Thesepersons are fraudulently using our trade name in an attempt to extort moneyfrom consumers by utilizing threatening tactics.

      After review of our records, **************** wasfunded an installment loan of $1,800.00 with CashNetUSA, on September 5, 2019.The account is currently in default with an outstandingbalance of $3,514.46.

      It isalways our prioritized goal to adhere to and comply with all regulatoryrequirements while conducting regular and collection business. We train ourstaff accordingly and follow the collection guidelines set forth by the FairDebt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA).

      Whilewe sympathize with *********** situation, we cannot take actionbecause the complaint is not related to CashNetUSA. We recommend that they followthe link below to the Federal Trade Commissions web site for information onhow they can protect themselves against this type of activity.

      I got a phone call Friday, july 17th ***************************************** sued saying that I'd taken out a loan of $4000 dollars plus $2000 interest. I have never even heard of the company and I have NEVER taken out a loan from an online bank EVER ! I know they are hackers and identity thieves because they had my date of birth, ss number and my address. There were atleast 3 people involved, 1 female and 2 males. The female and first male called me first saying I owed Cashnet $4000 and I said that I NEVER took out a lone and had no idea what she was talking about. Later that morning a 2nd male called me saying he is a compliance officer and was filing papers to have me served. When I asked his name and what court, he got very rude said he knew where I lived and worked saying he would be by my house that day to deliver my "papers" then hung up on me. So far he hasn't shown up. I want these people found and put in jail. I want to know what recourse I have to deal with this. Help !

Inquiries regarding this debt should be directed to *************************************** (NMRC) their contact number is ************.

      Weunderstand that ************ indicatingthat they did not initiate the application. Please be advised that CashNetUSAtakes claims of ID theft seriously. If they believe this is fraud and they didnot apply for a loan and may be the victim of Identity Theft/Fraud, we ask thatthey please contact our **************** and provide a copy of a police reportto assist our investigation of this claim. **************** may submit a police report to:
