Absolutely horrible company. They will draw before your due date and make you overdraft . Don't trust them. Horrible customer service, they sound like robots. Go through any other company than them.Review from Jerry B

This company is horrible. They have manipulated my information and used other discriminatory practices. They refuse to put me in contact with a successful or anyone with authority. I advise avoiding them no matter how badly you need a loan.Review from Dwight W

These guys are scammers and very rude! They asked me for my information and then told me they want to sent me $500 so I can send it back to them so the can send me the rest of the money for a loan. I ask the guy to explain why and he got rude and said good luck with that credit score and hung up. Everyone please be careful.Review from Nekorissa

Was told I took out a loan in **************************************************************** violation of their own contract cause I was never contacted about this said loan and it has been 3 years now! They sold it to another company who has been harassing me for 2 weeks now stating I owe. Told me that since I requested the contract I am now responsible for the loan. They have a drivers license on file but I don't even own a drivers license because I can't drive.Review from Kathleen D

Really think about using this company. I will take responsibility in taking out a loan with these predators. I should have known better. I knew I was in trouble when I had to come up with extra money for car repairs. I called Cashnetusa to try get an extended payment plan. The representative said no according to my contract. The only way they work with you is moving the date farther and you still owe the other payment which is not far with the date so that means you are paying 2 payments at the same day. I am a senior citizen living on fixed income. Not sure if I will ever use them again. So everyone really think about taking out a loan with them!Review from Latoya E

This business is horrible & I will never use them again. First off I'm in ***** and mid disaster these people try to take a payment out my account when half of the state is out of power. Then tries to charge an NSF I called and spoke to several reps all located in ********. ******** and ********* are the WORSE representatives working for cashnetUSA. I hate I ever dealt with this company. I will discontinue my services with them and anybody else that I know that deals with this company I will suggest the same.Review from Teresa J

Every month they call and say I applied for money which I haven't. So it puts a hit on my credit report, I am tired of it. They won't stop then they send a letter of adverse action. But next month it will happen again.Review from Harmon D

I didn't get a loan just filled out an application to apply and the ask for a bank account they called and said needed more info I said I didn't need the loan they trying to take money out my account anyways.Review from Chris G

This is the absolute worst company to get a loan from. I borrowed $1950 4/15/24 paid the balance off on 5/14/24 and it still showed I had a balance of $336. Ended up having to pay $2714.36. $714.36 of fees and interest for 1 month of borrowing. Beware people! If youre in need of money, to advance america. Far better rates and significantly better customer service! This company takes full advantage of people in financial hardship.Review from Ryan H

Would love to give 0 stars. This place has been harassing me about a loan in 2020 that I didn't take. 90 percent of information used not mine. They didn't run a credit check or I would have stopped the fraudulent charge in the beginning. Now they have sold the **** even know I filed a police report claiming the fraud. This happened with a credit card also about 6-7 months later it was fixed removed instantly. Now they have sold my debt to another creditor collection company that throws it on my credit report. This debt was never run on my credit so collection should not either but that's beside the point I've sent the police report showing it fraud. This company is horrible makes money from letting people scam people.
