I received an email in July that Launch ************** was servicing our account. The first payment was scheduled to be drafted on July 9, 2024. The payment was returned because my bank did not recognize this authorization. I then completed the online account information in hopes of paying the account off. Instead of giving that information, you have to call for it, so on August 6, 2024, I called to request this information. After waiting 36 minutes, someone picked up the phone. After pointless questions, I asked for a payoff to which he responded he would have to send a request for the payoff and it would be 7-14 business days before the request showed up on the online portal. On the 14th business day, there was no response. I waited for an additional 2 days, but still nothing. I called back, and this time a representative picked up after 5 minutes. I expressed my concerns and asked again for a payoff, she then stated it would be 7-14 business days, I asked why when the request had already been made on August 6th, and she stated the representative I spoke with referenced the call as a complaint and not a payoff request. She apologized and gave her word that this time a letter would be generated. To avoid the account becoming more delinquent, and hoping this would expedite the payoff request, I paid the payment. I have called a total of 5 times today from 2 different phones and the only thing I am hearing are the prerecorded messages. The longest I've waited today was 59 minutes. As the call reached the one-hour ***** a different prerecorded message came on stating the business hours and that I should call again during that time. Then the call was disconnected. I called at noon my time which was 11 am their time. This is the worst company ever. If you are financing home improvement projects and the lender suggests castle credit, please have the company suggest someone else or contact your bank for financing. I have NEVER gone through anything like this.

I would give it a 0 star rating if I could all my payment come directly from my bank account, but some how they forgot to take out my August payment and I have been paying almost 10 dollars more a month but every month I'm charged a late payment when my payment come out directly from my bank account. ******************************************* IS A RIP OFF.

My account was paid off and it's been 1 1/2 months and they still are turning me in to credit bureau as past due.

Absolutely Disgusted. Derogatory **** over .18 cents. Disgusting!!!We got new windows last year and the company goes through different loan companies. Well, lucky me, castle credit accepted my loan request. I have been working hard on my credit for 9 years now, and a Derogatory **** over .18cents is asinine. The first payment was ******. The website wouldn't let me enter the 18 cents. So making the second payment I did for the correct amount and set up auto pay... a few days pass and I get a HUGE credit score drop OVER .18 CENTS!!!!!! Will NEVER do return business and will be telling every single person about the fun it's been working with castle. Absolutely ridiculous.

They didn't verify anything my ex-wife financed a filtration system threw my name when we were together without my knowledge then never made the payments. When ever I got divorced and I moved out and went to buy another house got denied for a loan that's when I found out that this all happened. Worst thing I have ever had to deal with cause they told me there was nothing I could do cause we were married. So I just had to pay them. Now I have a bunch of negative remarks on my credit rating that I can't seem to get them to take off. WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!!!!!!

Castle credit is a rip-off I had got a roof and my roof was finance through Castle Credit Holding my roof was ********* interest rate ***** percent not knowing that my interest rate would a crew on a daily basis. With that I would pay on time and notice after 9 payments that my bill was going up instead of going down. The way they have it setup you will be paying double for your roof just in interest rates alone. I'm so upset because they are like a lone shark and the consumer has no 1 to support them for being ripped off by company such as this. So please to the consumers if you get a new roof or any loan dealing with Castle Credit Holding run as fast as you can because they will Definitely rip you off.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Horrible company! Crooks! They do not want you to pay off your loans. I paid mine in full today on the website because you can never talk to a person. I screen shot my receipt but right after I got a message saying receipt not available. Glad I screen shot it so I have proof it's paid with a confirmation number! 30% interest is crazy. Started at **** over 2 years ago and my pay off today was ****! So happy to be done! Stay away from castle credit! It's been a headache since day 1!    

Living in coastal *****, our well water is very salty and requires filtration to be safe and potable. When our RO system failed, we found ourselves between a rock and a hard place with no drinkable or usable water.We had the local branch of The ************ come out and examine the situation. After an initial visit and the water test, we decided that wed need a new softener, and two more inline filtration units to remove the immense levels of iron and (bad) salt in our well water. Total cost of the system was $7,800 and we were forced to finance through The ************ financial partner Castel Credit as we didnt have a spare 8k laying around (who does these days)The system was installed and has been working just fine for over 2 years now, however the greedy lending practices of Castel Credit have been very financially difficult to deal with. Even with meeting the minimum monthly payments of $99 without fail, the interest rate of ******% added $140 to our balance every month, which put us in the hole quickly. Of course, wed pay more when we could, however like the rest of the middleclass in this country, money is tight and cash flow is a struggle.We recently closed on a HELOC to assist on paying the debt from Castle Credit off. After a little over two years, we were now almost $12,300 in debt on our $7,800 filtration system. Good timesThe most disappointing and shady aspect of all this is when we were closing on our HELOC, the title company discovered that CASTEL CREDIT HAD PUT A LEAN ON OUR HOME for this debt Unreal and very shadyI cant say anything other than Castel Credit is just another predatory lender taking advantage of people in a tough spot when it comes to a costly home repair. Outrageous interest rates, very poor customer service, terrible communication, and shady business practices. Avoid them at all costs. Its just not worth it

If I could give zero stars I would without missing a beat. The company is very shady, they send the bill showing the interest charged even though my agreement was 24 months interest free as long as I kept making payments on time and paid off the entire amount within that 24 months. I made every payment on time via the automatic electronic billing and continued receiving account statements showing interest charges. I called customer support, which is an entirely different horrific experience, they told me that is "how they do business". I asked for the actual balance owed, which they would not directly give me and kept referring me to the mailed statements or online portal, which both showed the accruded interest with no payoff amount. I finally became so frustrated with this company's "processes" that I had to escalate to a supervisor to get the payoff amount. I made a payment for the remaining balance on August 5th and as of September 20th, my account still showed a balance and past due payments, which is the accrued interest to date and payments on that interest. I was finally able to get to a supervisor again after five calls trying to get the account closed. I am still waiting for the call back saying my account is zeroed out and closed. DO NOT use this company for any financing, you will regret it.

Harassing me about a debt that is not mine. They continue to call daily. Its literally been four years and they are still reporting it monthly. Im currently fighting it because I have no access alleged debt thats not mine. I did not purchase the vacuum THEY ARE SCAMMERS. Its insane that they allowed someone to make an authorized charge without my consent.
