    My name is ***************************** and I created *********************** in ****, an internet consulting and educational school for adults teaching strategy and self development techniques for individuals and businesses Braintree is a payments gateway platform connecting eCommerce companies to different payment networks to process payments using the web or mobile devices Braintree is a different service provider and payment processor than PayPal, although it labels itself as Braintree, a *************** to bring attention to the PayPal ownership.I was convince to use Braintree by a PayPal sales executive because it would be a Since June 21st 2022 Braintree has withheld all of my funds that were paid using their platform. I have reached out to Braintree numerous times asking why they are holding my funds as of today over $11,000,00 and have yet to disclose any reasons why.I have had to reluctantly borrow from outside sources to pay my expenses when my $11,000.00 sits with Braintree.To add insult to injury the same PayPal representative advised me to borrow from PayPal money at a high interest rate while they resolve issues with Braintree that cannot be explained the purpose of withholding my funds.This is unethical business practices and it cost me money to adapt my website to another platform that clearly isn't a better fit for me.I'm not even certain if I want to use PayPal since it was them convincing me their newest platform Braintree was so much better. Only to hold my funds and then try to loan me money.This has cost me stress, loss of sleep and an overall feeling of being swindled not to mention the embarrassment it has caused me borrowing money from individuals who view me as a sophisticated business owner.They need to be sanctioned for misappropriation of funds and unethical business practices.I work hard for my income and want immediate action and answers. I will not allow their intimidation tactics as if I have done any wrong doing.
