      This company has been a complete nightmare for me when it comes too removing collections which are deemed to be inaccurate or falsified. I have been sending over documentation and they are saying they have not received them or we received but the collection is accurate. I have exhausted my options and explained to them that they must get kickbacks from these collection agency. Even when you have proof they are trying to sell you the hype of they are not the ones who make the final decision it's the collection agency. I have asked them to send me documents of this accuracy and all I get is contact the collection agency which I have done multiple times with no response but even showing proof of documents from 2017 which they are reporting in 2024 is not enough.

      Website is horrible, it times out upon logging in, and when I do get logged in (twice in the last week only in firefox), when I try to access an open dispute has an error saying it's not available please try again later. There is a deadline to respond for a declined dispute of 4 business days, but I can't respond...their site is unresponsive, their phones drop my calls, their online chat takes hours to get to someone. I've had the worst experience by far with transunion versus the other credit bureaus, it's a very frustrating experience

      The customer service is rude an awful. They offer zero assistance. They told me my email address was incorrect and although I could give them my personal info they would not tell me my email address to access the online account

      Worst company by far! Good luck on accessing anything online through them. If you try to call you get a robot that is of no help but to ask you the same questions over and over again. They removed my oldest credit account that was disputed in error. Was told it wouldn't go through and not to worry it won't effect my account. Well what do you know today it dropped and the account removed. Also, if you freeze your credit through them expect to be on the phone for hours to lift the freeze.

      It can take literally an hour to actually get into the website in order to freeze or unfreeze your credit. Multiple verification steps needed because the website tabs keep crashing (timeouts). Are they using a Commodore PET for their server?

      If I could give 0 stars, I would. Not sure what this companys problem is, but Ive read consumer reviews on the Consumer Affairs website and also consumer ratings on the AppStore and both sites contain numerous 1 star reviews, one site going as far back as 2012. Signed up with the 3 major credit bureaus several weeks ago to freeze my credit (a FREE service) and a couple days after I placed a freeze, I also placed a fraud alert (also a FREE service). Experian and Equifax are great! *** had no issues signing in with them, and no issues managing my credit freeze or fraud alert, but TransUnion is another story. I have no problem logging into my account, and I had no problem accessing the credit freeze/unfreeze feature UNTIL I also added a fraud alert. Now I am unable to access either feature with TU. The fraud feature message says they are experiencing technical issues, and the credit freeze says Sorry, but we cant access freeze status at this time. Strangely enough, I am able to access all other features, some of which are PAID services. I then called the numbers provided for each issue Ive experienced, but when I call and ask to speak to a ***, the automated system says they are experiencing longer than usual wait times, blah blah blah, then hangs up on me. This happened FIVE times! So then I tried the live chat option and the *** offered suggestions-told him I already tried those. Offered me more-told him I tried those too, so he tells me to clear my cache, cookies, and website data-that didnt work. He gives me ANOTHER number to call. Called that number todayguess what? Automated call again with same message and THEY HANG UP AGAIN! I will say that the live chat *** was very professional and attentive to my issues but sadly, I am still unable to manage my credit freeze or my fraud alert if I need to. I hope they fix these issues asap so that I can regain access to manage my account as deleting account wont unfreeze credit or undo fraud alert. Very unhappy:(

      Website cannot process free account to place a freeze on credit.Called number which got stuck asking for street address.Used text who directed password reset, but page could not find user and had no way to reset user. Text help had to say they couldn't help Different phone number given, am now on hold for an hour with repeat requests to press 1 to continue to hold, interspersed with incredibly irritating high pitched whistling music. Impossible to work with, and frightening that they provide info on Americans. Am afraid if place a freeze I will never be able to get it turned off, or if this is to force a paid subscription.BBB not allowing submission without giving at least one star Over an hour on hold was connected to a nice person who said my account was suspended, but was able to fix it. Freeze has been placed. Said the size if the data breach has overwhelmed their system with people contacting ********** time was one evening, and two sessions the next day for about 2 hours, which could result in damage or theft. This is NOT an opt-in oversight on Americans. We have no say in their being in a critical aspect of our lives, so the delays are unacceptable.

      You cannot log into this company successfully! Their website is useless. Their customer service is useless! They had a different web page called true ID which I was able to log into. They transferred that account over to ********************** credit monitoring. No matter what I do, I cannot log in to complete any action successfully. You keep getting pushed to do an online chat which is also useless and based on everyone else's reviews, I'm terrified to actually try and call up to get anything done. Why are these people allowed to remain in business? They are the keepers of everyone's most sensitive information and they can't even handle their own info properly. How are they to handle everyone else's?.

      If I could give zero stars I would. I have been with ************* for many years, however in the past several months, they have wrongly cancelled my account (even though paid through 2025) and cannot get anyone on the phone to reinstate it. I have tried calling/emailing more than 10 times. I am not confident at all that they would be available to help if there were a breach of any kind (in the past, they were all over it.)HIGHLY disappointed in this company. They should not be in business.
