      ***** to use their website to request a copy of my credit report. There was NO problem inputting my personal information to their site, but when it came to providing my free online report it would not load, and only came up as a blank page. I tried 3 times. Now I feel like their site itself is what I need to worry about. What is going on?

      You're dealing with very sensitive personal info, so TransUnion will work hard to make you a victim of ID theft when you call their call center in ***** & have to provide your SSN twelve times! Then they will say they don't see your info??? They will not understand the simplest requests & will "transfer you", hang up on you, have zero answers & just continually say the dumbest canned responses over & over. Waste of time & infuriating. TransUnion serves zero purpose & is awful on every level.

      *** needs to shut this place down. I live nowhere near this location and have never made contact with them and yet they are all over my credit report with over 20 hard inquiries. A literal outpost of a credit bureau is committing identify theft and it's disgusting.

      I want to know why ******* and Experian can change your score when you pay something off in a timely manner and not Transunion. It should not take ************************************************* not. Total bs.

      can get to agent and website not working. Can't unfreeze my account to apply for car loan. Very frustrating this is a credit security company.

      by far the worst if the credit agencies. information is always inaccurate and there is no way to access your report or freeze your credit without paying for a membership which proves money is there first and only priority! i really hope reputable credit companies will stop using Transunion to make their decisions on loaning consumers money.

      Online technology is very poor for ***** users. We are expected to use Chrome and I refuse to use any ****** product. I rarely have issues of this kind since using ***** products since the late 90's, and can only blame it on very poor technology on TransUnion's part. Very, very unacceptable since they are one of three controlling credit bureaus !

      THE WORST You cannot navigate this entirely monetized site. It doesn't recognize your login, and forces you through all the contortions to recreate your login/password. Can't freeze your credit report with one stroke like on Experian's site. And the ChatBot--THE BOT!--is an 8-minute wait for a reply. This company's web site actually feels fraudulent.
