    Charge multiple times per month. Can't even cancel either I tried to cancel 3 separate times even got emails confirming my subscription was cancelled but was still charged for the month

    Unhappy with the company's refund request. It took several attempts to get it filed. When I did get it in; it was for the wrong refund. The transaction of February 15, 2023 was successfully refunded (Thank you). However; the transaction of August 3, 2023, has yet to be resolved. The same product, the same dollar amount. How many of the SAME software products did/do I have? How many auto-renewals do I have to cancel on a product I no longer use!

    This worse company ever thief no one should work with them I just got blocked for something that I bought not a subscription I bought nexus 4 from them and I bought the drill drums by mistake and I tried to cancel through PayPal and didn't want my money back and had to filed with PayPal and got my money back and mad they blocked my nexus 4 that I pay for it scam how you're cancel something that I bought crooks I am getting a lawyer and take them to court crooks I am so passed of how u gonn cancel and booked me from my stuff that paid for

    I have used the cancellation link at the bottom of my original order email as instructed. When answering any questions, except technical problems, on the feedback screen, I get an error message, "Something went wrong, please try again." When answering the feedback screen question, "I'm having technical problems," it goes to a technical screen. On that screen it has a link that says, "Cancel anyway", which doesn't work at all. I have tried doing these steps on two different systems. I get the same results. I logged in to my account and there is not an option to cancel my subscription. It appears that the company is avoiding cancellations.

    This company is fraudulent . I requested a refund and I have not heard from the company. Very poor customer service . Never respond to my inquiry. This is a shame someone likes to steal your money. It looks like this company has no shame in their game.

    This company steals from its customers. My card was charged 3 times for a single purchase. When I asked for a refund on two of the payments I was told to wait. I waited. I inquired again and was told to wait. I waited. I inquired again and was told to wait. I waited. I asked them to please refund me again. I was told they needed confirmation that they would be able to refund the money they were taking from my card. I told them I could clearly see the money was gone and I needed it back to buy groceries for my family, they told me to wait. I asked them to etransfer me the money if they couldn't have the charge reversed. They told me they couldn't, they would be able to send me an international money order but i would have to pay processing fees out of my refund. I told them i would accept that as long as they paid the processing fees as the error was theirs and not mine and i was just looking to get the money stolen from my account back. They didn't acknowledge that request and told me to wait. I'm still waiting. This is a fraudulent company.

    Horrible customer service. They handle "back office" functions for several prominent web sellers (e.g. WinZip etc) They make it almost impossible to contact a person in their organization about a problem, or to cancel a renewablwe subscription. I would never again buy anything from a seller who uses them.
