I was a TMP hire, after I successfully completed a contract, I applied to 50+ jobs, contacted by recruiters, signed a 6+ NDAs and then ghosted. I reached out to hiring and recruiters on a number of ocassions and received 0 responses (not even an acknowledgment). A couple of weeks ago, I emailed the founder and a few other c-level executives along with everyone else, I expressed my concerns and disappointment. A total of 8 people on the thread and no one replied. It goes to show how little respect TMP has for its workforce.

Unfortunately, have to give Zero Stars Rating for The Mom Project. The Mom Project is incredibly disappointing. Example: their system sent me an email for the very first time, and after I opened up the job description the header says: Job posted 27 days ago AND 50+ Applicants received. Why send me something that is already 27 days old???Why send me something to apply to that already has over 50 applicants! This happens with every Accounting job they send to me.Also, spent time writing a required cover letters, applied for positions they sent to me....... I never received ANY communication from any potential employer.And.......there is no viable phone number, customer service email, or chat help available for this company. Looks, feels and sounds like a scam to me.

The Mom Project makes every effort to email opted in Talent with relevant jobs via match emails. Upon talent sign up, match emails are sent with relevant roles. If a job position is posted, it is still open, active, and accepting new applicants regardless of date of posting or applicants applied. The Mom Project's *********** lists ways to contact support and customer service email *********************************************** is published in multiple places on the website. Additionally, the chat widget that is displayed on every single page of our website, including both logged in and logged out experiences.
