Harley Davidson today gave me another call said that I have three intents behind when I by! They have been taking slot of my money for payments and big double payments! I was told by a representations this ***** at 1;47om that I was three payments behind! I do t k is if this is scams buf need to get this situated again today! Something is wrong with these calls im receiving! I was told a representative u SAUD I wanted to surrender my bike without it being behind or back payments not applied! Please someone reach out to me! The number is *********** and they took another payment again and said four days later Im three payments behind! Please someone reach out to me.Business response

I am rejecting this response because: I tried to fix this over and over and Im getting new people everyday calling me dayjng Im three months behind and on top of that I watch a rep just throw over hundred dollars late fees right after I made a payment then called me and said you are still three months behind
This payment dont show on my account and it was paid just like the two western union payments last year and I had to call them to get the statement. I dont want to wait till thirty days because they just told me Anson Monday I was over thirty days late and I paid over 4000 to this account this year and wasnt behind! I have a recording back in January and March with a supervisor and then calls was recorded just like mines. I have to get this solve there are two many things going on with my account. Saturday a supervisor said it to they do t see how my account was behind at all. When you guys offer an extension they add that on right away and my bike sat more than it is on the website then what they tell you over the phone! I keep screen shots with payments ale en online! The lady told me online payments dont be caught up but the dates shows the dates on them and I still get late fees

I am rejecting this response because:
To whom it may concern, I would like to reopen this account because they put my bike out for repossession and I called in June talk to corporate about it was a repose man out here for my bike and he said harley davidson sent them and I said am not behind so i talk to **** at the corporate and he told me to call the police so they wouldn't leave and **** and I called the number they was telling me to make payments and **** said it was the scammers doing it and it wasn't them but he drove off with the bike. But the charged me 3000 and they wouldn't listen about the fraud and the hardship letter. So, they said they would do a deferment, but it couldn't start till the fraud packet get in, but they never sent it out because I had people opening up my mail and the mail wasn't getting to me. I have been struggling financially, and Ive had to make a few payments late to this company even though I called and attempted to get extensions, they refused to provide any kind of assistance whatsoever but continued to call me for payments, even though my bankruptcy clearly states they are not supposed to Call and ask for payments. Even though its been a nightmare of a struggle I continue to honor my loan with them since its such a low payoff left. Recently in May I received a call from a ********* who is a supervisor with this company asking for a payment we could not seem to Agree and I could not really understand her so I called in and spoke to a different supervisor name ********, who said she would review the phone call with *********. We also made an arrangement and agreement that if I scheduled a payment, she would move the month of **** payment to the back of the loan, and I would not have another payment due until June. I question this because this is something that has been refused to me on three or four separate months from *********. She clearly stated that she was a supervisor and had the authority to do this. I once again asked if she was sure if she said she had the authority to extend maze payment to the end of the loan I agreed, and the payment was made with money. I really did not have to spend and about a week later I get a letter in the mail from Harley Davidson Financial Services **** stating they could not extend maze payment. It was now due and I would have a late fee on top of Junes payment being due. Now I called in and requested a manager get involved and review the conversation between me and ******** so they could hear her being matter-of-fact about **** extension. Several times during conversations with *********. She stated I could bring the bike back and turn it in. that is not an option and this is what I told them. It seems to me like they are really trying hard to get this bike from me, I have not heard back from anyoneBusiness response

Harassment! I start receiving about 10 to 15 calls a day after the day my payment is due.I get rude calls from the company staff one day after the payment is due and continue to get these calls everyday until I make my payment which is always a few days late because of my pay period.Business response

Harley Davidson Financial Services refuses to expedite the lien release on an account that I have satisfied, in full. Their claim is they are not willing to do anything other than what they deem as "policy" In a world of expeditious electronic communications; there is no reason they cannot provide the lien release in a timely manner.Note that they have acknowledged the account is 100% satisfied so there is no question as to the stratus other than a lack of proper business transactional conduct.HD Financial charges fees for everything they do including electronic payment processing fees; they engage in practices that not equal or fair and should be held accountable as such.Business response

On 4/3/2024 Harley Davidson Financial Services performed a hard inquiry on my credit. Experian, TransUnion and Equifax without my written or verbal authorization. Upon opening an investigation with The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau,Harley-Davidson immediately removed the inquiry from Experian,however the inquiries remain on TransUnion and Equifax. Harley Davidson refuses to delete those in addition to Experian.Business response

Excessive number of calls made to me for a late payment. The calls start the payment is due, and it was due 3 days ago. They have called me over 9 times in the last 3 days. It is illegal for them to call harassing me, and they cannot call more than 3 times in one day, or seven times in a week. They have not provided me with a detailed statement like I have asked, and after paying over 5k in payments, in 2 years, the amount of the loan has only gone down 1k.Business response
