      Integra credit has done nothing but continued to lie to me, led me on to believe I was approved and I wasnt! I was initially approved for a specific amount and everything was great they just need to verify my drivers license, which I uploaded immediately after application. This was on 7/16/2024 and my account said that it was pending, well it stated that for days and I kept calling back getting lied to saying itll take 2 business days, they were escalating it, and that they were gonna have a supervisor to reach out to me, and ALL of this was a lie, I called back to the following Friday to see whats going on, and its still pending! So one rep was able to keep her word and see whats the hold up, just to call me back and tell me I wasnt approved ??! Are you kidding me?! This is a tactic to get your information and to use it to their advantage because what else is the reason? Now I had an inquiry on my credit for no reason! I will be taking this further!

      I borrowed 1000 dollars for a small occurrence in life and have already paid over 1700 dollars in fees. The loan is saying I gave until May 2025 and frankly I was not disclosed the amount of interest that was on this loan. The loan's interest is roughly 167% year on year and when I first was approved for the loan I was informed it was roughly 38%. This is blatant false advertising and is disgusting how your group preys upon those who need a bit of cash quickly. I have more than paid my debt to you sharks and you still want more from me.

      My name is *************************** took out a loan in November of 2023 and the amount of $1,500. I am 55 years old and did a online application. When inquiring about the loan asked about finance charges and how much I will be required to pay back the person that was doing the loan online told me it wouldn't be over $1,000 so I agreed to it gave my information been making monthly payments every two weeks I pay $137.73 a total of $2 and $74 and some change monthly I already have paid them over $1,600 back I'm caught up on my payments I received a email from credit karma about my credit Integra had my credit score dropped so that's the reason I contacted them today trying to see what was going on and while on the phone with them I asked them what was the balance that I owe and what was the payoff date they told me that I wouldn't pay off this loan till July 11th 2025 and at that time I would be them paid them $5,753.48 at that time I told them it's no way I agreed to pay them four times the amount that what I borrowed and something was wrong so I asked to speak to a supervisor they refuse to give me any information or to put a supervisor on the phone and told me that's what I had to pay. I am older female and I told them that I didn't sign that I did a check and it's no way that I agreed to that amount I wouldn't have signed to pay them back four times the amount that I borrowed so by asking to speak to a supervisor or manager to try to resolve this situation I don't have any problems paying the loan back cuz I take good care of my credit my credit scores is over $700 so I'm not trying to mess up my credit but these people is doing something fraudulent because it's no way that they should be charging me four times the amount that I borrow..

      I am rejecting this response because:Hi my name is ************************* my ID reference number is ********. I just received an email with an update on my complaint. I do wish to move forward with this complaint against Integra credit .they have increased the finance charges considerably on the loan that I took out with them for $1,500.. I haven't received anything in writing from them pertaining to the loan agreement until y'all contacted them and they sent me papers in the mail with the payment schedule and still with those ballooned High interest and finance fees..they only sent me a email once I received the $1500 thanking me for taking out a loan with their company and that's all the correspondent I  had received from them until I filed with the better Business bureau. I really need y'all help rectifying this situation I have tried several times dealing with Integra credit and asking to speak to management. Someone contacted me last week but still have not did anything about these over-inflated finance charges. At the time I took out this loan  it was online loan so they have definitely did something to inflate the charges cuz I would have never took out a loan with those  High interest charges so I definitely need the better Business bureau help with rectifying the situation..

      I borrowed 1000 did not know Integra Credit charge so much interest come to find out every month I pay 168 ***** goes to principal the rest goes to interest said I wont have it paid off till may 2025 I read the rest of the review saying it was controlled and all that stuff like that the reviews are ********. There is nothing being done from this company bit of it is just needs to take it off of their credit because it is not a good company. They are liars and stealing money, if they else from God-fearing people.

      I currently have a personal loan through Integra Credit. The loan process in the beginning was smooth and easy and the payments are set up to automatically come out of my account each pay day (no issues here). However, now that I have the loan and am repaying it, I constantly have issues accessing the website. Their website never wants to load and when you call they just say I will put in a ticket but nothing ever comes of this. I have tried on MANY devices to access the website to no avail. It will randomly work on occasion but that is VERY few and far between. Again, when you call, customer service is never any help. I also get emails from them and have gotten emails about refinancing (which takes you to the website that doesn't work). So, again I called and they now tell me that I am not eligible and the emails are errors. This company is HORRIBLE and you should STAY AWAY from them at all costs. You will have nothing but issues....

      I have had several loans with Integra Credit. Paid them off on time and very early. I applied for a new loan recently. They took all my information and I called and said I was approved. Went to the web site and it was still processing. I called again. The clerk said yes you are approved and the money will be in your account the next business day. Called again. All of a sudden I was told I was denied. Sounds like a scam and all they wanted was my financial information along with my SS number and other information. Not sure what is going on when 3 people say approved then I call and I am denied.

      On 10.23.23 I took out a loan of $800. I am making monthly payments of $122.95 a month, but the balance is not coming down. On 2.1.24, the balance of my loan was $681.65. But today my balance is $754 and change. I do not have a policy number. I asked them to provide documentation showing I agreed to the terms of their contract, but they have not provided it. The terms and conditions of the loan were not disclosed to me verbally or in writing. It appears my APR is about 190%!

      Applied for a loan with Integra Credit. Was approved, and given a funding date of 11/27/2023. The funds did not appear in my bank account as they said. Called support three different times and got the same routine explanation.A. Was asked to verify my bank info - routing and account number (even though they have no way of seeing the account number that i listed on the original applications)B. Was told that the account number i used on the application and the account number i just told them don't match (even though they can only see the last 4 digits which DO MATCH) - Impossible that i listed the wrong account number on the application. Had to manually type it in twice and to ensure it matched. C. was told that the bank may require a few days to find my account (even though they say the account numbers are different and they sent the funds to a different bank account number)D two support reps and a supervisor later and they refuse to disclose the account number that they "sent" the funds to or provide a 15 digit ACH Trace number so the bank can track the transaction. I suspect there has been no transaction or funds sent at all! Just a scam - as others have said here. As others have reported on the BBB - the reps and supervisor told me to wait a few days for the money to be "returned" to Integra and then i can reapply along with sending a copy of my most recent bank statement. As others have reported - i suspect if i follow that path it'll be denied and now they have my ALL of my banking information. The level of support is abhorrent and they all follow a script with no ability to answer precise questions. I don't know what the long scam is here but there most certainly is one. My next step will be to prepare my complaint to the ************************* This company and these deceptive practices will get investigated!FOR YOUR OWN GOOD - STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! If i was dependent on these funds coming in it would have been devastating.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      None of the issues identified were resolved, nor even acknowledged in the companies response.  They are engaged in dishonest practices, and none of the points that I raised for even acknowledged, and their response. Their responses lacking any sort of direct answer. There is no response to removing the in increase from my credit reports. As mentioned in my complaint, as has been noted in other complaints by other individuals on the site, they claimed that I provided the wrong checking account number however, it was double verified prior to submitting the paperwork, therefore impossible that it was wrong. Furthermore, when I asked for clarification, they were unwilling to give any sort of Answer other than their scripted responses. I asked for an ACH number to prove that the payment has been made they refuse. I asked for them to verify the account number that they had on the the application versus the one that I was supplying to them they refused.  Only remedy was to reapply again hit my credit bureaus.  I demand that they remove the inquiries from all of the major credit bureaus

      I am writing to express my deep distress and concern regarding the sharing of my nonpublic information with three bureaus, leading to inaccurate information on my credit report. This breach of privacy and dissemination of incorrect data has caused immense financial and emotional distress.Under 15 USC **** Section 602, I am entitled to privacy rights, which seem to have been disregarded in the sharing of my information without proper consent or validation. Furthermore, 15 USC **** Section 604 A Section 2 explicitly states that a consumer reporting agency cannot furnish an account without my explicit written instructions, which I have not provided.Additionally, according to 15 USC **** B, a creditor is prohibited from treating any payment on a credit card account under an open-end consumer credit plan as late for any purpose, highlighting a discrepancy in the reporting of my account.I urge immediate rectification of these violations and request a thorough investigation into the inaccuracies reported under my account number ****. I anticipate your prompt attention to this matter to restore accuracy to my credit report and uphold my privacy rights.
