      I have had several loans with Integra Credit. Paid them off on time and very early. I applied for a new loan recently. They took all my information and I called and said I was approved. Went to the web site and it was still processing. I called again. The clerk said yes you are approved and the money will be in your account the next business day. Called again. All of a sudden I was told I was denied. Sounds like a scam and all they wanted was my financial information along with my SS number and other information. Not sure what is going on when 3 people say approved then I call and I am denied.

      On 10.23.23 I took out a loan of $800. I am making monthly payments of $122.95 a month, but the balance is not coming down. On 2.1.24, the balance of my loan was $681.65. But today my balance is $754 and change. I do not have a policy number. I asked them to provide documentation showing I agreed to the terms of their contract, but they have not provided it. The terms and conditions of the loan were not disclosed to me verbally or in writing. It appears my APR is about 190%!

      Applied for a loan with Integra Credit. Was approved, and given a funding date of 11/27/2023. The funds did not appear in my bank account as they said. Called support three different times and got the same routine explanation.A. Was asked to verify my bank info - routing and account number (even though they have no way of seeing the account number that i listed on the original applications)B. Was told that the account number i used on the application and the account number i just told them don't match (even though they can only see the last 4 digits which DO MATCH) - Impossible that i listed the wrong account number on the application. Had to manually type it in twice and to ensure it matched. C. was told that the bank may require a few days to find my account (even though they say the account numbers are different and they sent the funds to a different bank account number)D two support reps and a supervisor later and they refuse to disclose the account number that they "sent" the funds to or provide a 15 digit ACH Trace number so the bank can track the transaction. I suspect there has been no transaction or funds sent at all! Just a scam - as others have said here. As others have reported on the BBB - the reps and supervisor told me to wait a few days for the money to be "returned" to Integra and then i can reapply along with sending a copy of my most recent bank statement. As others have reported - i suspect if i follow that path it'll be denied and now they have my ALL of my banking information. The level of support is abhorrent and they all follow a script with no ability to answer precise questions. I don't know what the long scam is here but there most certainly is one. My next step will be to prepare my complaint to the ************************* This company and these deceptive practices will get investigated!FOR YOUR OWN GOOD - STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! If i was dependent on these funds coming in it would have been devastating.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      None of the issues identified were resolved, nor even acknowledged in the companies response.  They are engaged in dishonest practices, and none of the points that I raised for even acknowledged, and their response. Their responses lacking any sort of direct answer. There is no response to removing the in increase from my credit reports. As mentioned in my complaint, as has been noted in other complaints by other individuals on the site, they claimed that I provided the wrong checking account number however, it was double verified prior to submitting the paperwork, therefore impossible that it was wrong. Furthermore, when I asked for clarification, they were unwilling to give any sort of Answer other than their scripted responses. I asked for an ACH number to prove that the payment has been made they refuse. I asked for them to verify the account number that they had on the the application versus the one that I was supplying to them they refused.  Only remedy was to reapply again hit my credit bureaus.  I demand that they remove the inquiries from all of the major credit bureaus

      I am writing to express my deep distress and concern regarding the sharing of my nonpublic information with three bureaus, leading to inaccurate information on my credit report. This breach of privacy and dissemination of incorrect data has caused immense financial and emotional distress.Under 15 USC **** Section 602, I am entitled to privacy rights, which seem to have been disregarded in the sharing of my information without proper consent or validation. Furthermore, 15 USC **** Section 604 A Section 2 explicitly states that a consumer reporting agency cannot furnish an account without my explicit written instructions, which I have not provided.Additionally, according to 15 USC **** B, a creditor is prohibited from treating any payment on a credit card account under an open-end consumer credit plan as late for any purpose, highlighting a discrepancy in the reporting of my account.I urge immediate rectification of these violations and request a thorough investigation into the inaccuracies reported under my account number ****. I anticipate your prompt attention to this matter to restore accuracy to my credit report and uphold my privacy rights.

      I contacted Integra Credit online after receiving a mailer. I was approved on Saturday 11/11 online and subsequently was called by a CSR. They verified everything and informed me my funds would arrive Monday. Tuesday I called because they hadnt arrived and I wanted to see if everything was ok. I was told the acct info was incorrect and the funds were being returned. I was told to submit my bank docs and then I could reapply. I did as directed and re-called shortly after an email told me too. I was informed that the bank information WAS correct and I could reapply. They submitted it and told me I was approved for $750 less than before. I agreed although frustrated. They told me to go online to sign the documents and then connect my account to ensure it wouldnt happen again. I did all of this and just got a notice saying they declined me!! How do you go from approving me for $1250 and somehow not having the right account to only approving me for $500 and then all of a sudden deciding none at all. The worst part is it hits my credit each time.UUUUGH

      I was solicited by this company they did nothing but steal my information, including my Social Security number, address, bank account information along with other personal information after I contact them and ask them to not sell my information and that I would like them to delete all my info, I was told no that my information is now their information and they dont have to destroy it even if I have asked for them, soliciting me by mail with them telling me that they do bad credit loans and I was apparently eligible for one of these I have again the application after realized they were asking for all my banking information before any agreement I was suspicious, so I did not continue they contacted me via text message telling me that all I needed was my bank information so they could deposit my loan as soon as I put in my account information because I had taken that as an approval and looking up the company they seem to be very legitimate against my better judgment I gave said information, and immediately they told me there was nothing they can do which now potentially further damaged my credit if they are legitimate and they are refusing my request to destroy my information at my request telling me that my personal information is theres to keep this cant be right and if it is what they did was obtain my information by fraudulent assurance I was able to obtain the loan theyve solicited if they are legitimate, then the hit on my credit is my fault for not being more clear on their business practices but they are refusing my request to destroy my information from any of their business

      I was offered a loan on May. It was supposed to be a 48 MONTH term with 1 monthly payment of $130 or so and originally for a loan of about $2k. I was ***** of the high interest but in a situation that was not ideal. Planned to payoff come turn of year when I receive a yearly bonus. About 2 months in I'm realizing that payment was pulled after I just made a payment. Odd. Happens again the next month. I go to the website to pull my docs. The docs they have on my file show 48 bi-weekly payments. That's not what I signed up for. Beware of this bait and switch. Get copies of the documents you sign AS YOU SIGN THEM. This is predatory and now I'm not sure what to do from here. Stay away if you know what's good for you.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      This response fails to address my concerns. I was contacted directly by the bank and upon speaking to someone all they do is deny any fault based on my pay schedule. The problem I have is that they altered my agreement without my knowledge and put my "signature" on it. I don't have a copy showing what I was originally presented with because I never imagined I'd be the victim of bait and switch practices so I didn't think to take a screenshot, and I was under the assumption I'd receive email confirmation and copies of my documents but I never did. Now the documents that are available are different than what I agreed to and all I get is "well we have no record" and that I'm paid weekly so they "have" to do bi-weekly payments.

The interest on these kind of loans are crazy and I cannot keep affording to pay this amount. This company is insane, STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!

      I was offered a settlement in full by this company and was advised once paid that it would be removed from my credit. I paid the settlement off in September 2022 and it was removed, now it has reappeared as a new delinquent account on my ********************** report even though I met the terms of the settlement offer and paid it off. The new delinquency is for the full amount. **************** is not helping and claims to have escalated but will not give me a turnaround time which is problematic as its effecting my credit. *** even received and paid the ****c tax collection for the settlement agreement.
