      I took out a loan on the amount of $2,250.00 on 2/14/2022 with by weekly payments of $144.95 the Maturity Date 8/8/2023. Ive made 12 payments of $144.95 so far and my account still shows $2064.77 and the payoff as well the same $2064.77 i think this is a total scam . Im a single mother struggling to make the payments. I want some help here Im drowning , I want to pay the $800 left not the the triple amount theyre asking.

      On July 31, 2022 I applied for a loan. I was approved for $2,200. Unfortunately, I made a mistake with my account number; therefore they could not deposit the funds in my account. On Aug 1, 2022 the status of the loan said active as well as the funds were successfully delivered! I called customer service on Aug 2, 2022, the young lady told me she changed my account number and to contact my bank. So I did! Called back the following day Aug 3, 2022. The gentleman I spoke with confirmed my bank account information and stated that I would receive the funds within 48 hours. I confirmed with him that I would need to add my bank info again for the auto-payments and he confirmed yes! Went to add it today Aug 4, 2022 .... It stated that my loan was closed and I had to reapply. I reapplied and was denied. I called customer service for a third time and I was told that she could not give me any information as to why my loan was closed. She insisted on reapply for me and I was denied. So that is another inquiry on my credit report. I asked to speak with a supervisor and she could not get me one. This place is absolutely ridiculous! I made one mistake on my end and confirmed everything they asked for and they closed my loan. What a joke!

      Have asked multiple times over the term of this lone for a cheaper payment or refinance and was told couldn't do it because their system doesn't allow. I have paid this loan on time well over a year and have paid well over the **** loan that was taken out. I have no idea why I still have to pay this loan with what I've paid back into it especially when customer service is terrible when it comes to you asking for help

      I am filing a complaint against Integra Credit. I have paid them $2000 already on a $1500 loan. I work for the automotive ************* hours are next to nothing. I cannot keep paying them $96.00 every 2 weeks, nor will I. I feel this loan is paid in full & would like it closed. Nothing of what I have paid is going to the principle. I feel that is illegal. I know what their terms are, but they have somehow squeezed by to get away with it. How can you pay $2000 & nothing, not a dime goes on the principle? From now on, they will get what I can afford until they **** this paid in full, or I will declare ****************** won't get another dime. And don't give me your standard contact us answer, because when I do, your people are rude on the phone. You wanna help? Give me credit for what I've paid, ****************, & close it.

We provided ************ with a list of documentation required in order to process this claim, but we did not receive a response from ************ regarding this matter.       On 5/11/22 I applied for a loan with Integra Credit. Initially I was trying for $800 but then they said I was approved for $1250 which I took. I filled out all the necessary paperwork, provided all my banking information for income verification. They said Congratulations, you were approved for $1250, and you just need to accept and sign your documents to agree to your payment terms and contract agreements, then your money will be deposited in as little as 1 - 2 days. I signed all the contract documents and waited for the money to be deposited. After a day went by I logged into my online account with Integra and it said "Account Under Review'. I called them directly and spoke with a customer service Rep and they said under review just means the order they will get to processing my application and when finished the money will be deposited into my account. The Rep said everything looked good and I was DEFINITELY approved for $1250 and gave me their official CONGRATULATIONS speech, stating I signed all the legal documents which proves my loan was approved, I just had to wait to finish processing. On 5/13/22 I received an email stating my application was declined on 5/11. Why is it that this loan company tells you the contract you signed is a legal document and can be held in a court of law if you breached that contract, yet they do not have to abide by these laws. I thought a signed contract protected both parties. I read about numerous people who they have done the same thing to. People are upset they signed legal documents and then Integra credit can back out whenever they want, but they will take you to court and say, "Well you signed the contract and it is legally biding". They wasted 3 days of my time when they were aware I was denied the day my application was submitted. Thankfully I printed out my signed documents and will be taking legal council for Breach Of Contract, fraudulent documents they erase from their website when your denied as if they never existed.

      I am a customer in good standing with **********************. My account is up to date. They are calling me every single day. I was looking at my account on the website to find my payoff amount. They sent me an email with the offer of a refinance. I looked at the email to see if I could send a refusal and find out my payoff amount. That could not be found in that email. Since that day they have called me every single day. I finally called them today and asked them why they were calling. They said they had some great offers for me. I told them I was not interested and not to call me unless my account needs my attention for any reason. The agent wanted to know when I could be called to hear these offers. I again said that I work and cannot be taking these calls during my work day. I asked him to please note on my account to cease calling me every single day. He again tried to transfer me to someone to discuss their offers. I hung up the phone. I desire no contact by Integra Credit unless I am not upholding my agreement. Thank you.

      I took out a loan with Integra Credit in December 2021. I ended up catching Covid right before my first payment was due. I contacted Integra and they pushed the payment to the end of the load due to the fact that I missed so much work from having Covid. I was very thankful. Then the second payment time came up and I missed more than half of my hours on the check I was receiving so Integra decided to push the second payment back to the next pay date causing me to have 2 payments due on 02-04-22. I explained when they did this that i was unsure if i could make two payments but that i was sure i could make one, the agent told me to call back by 02-01-22 to let them know if i needed to reschedule the second payment. I called them on 02-01-22 and let them know I was unable to make the second payment. The agent said it was not a problem and she would push the second payment back to my next payment date. She went thru the process with me and I even received an email stating the payment was scheduled for 2/18/22. Yesterday (02/04/22) I received an email stating I missed a payment and today I got a text message saying the same thing. I checked my account online and it says I am past due. I called customer service and they said there is nothing they can do for me since my account is already considered past due.This is ridiculous! I have kept in contact with Integra Credit the entire time and did everything I was required to do. I believe Integra Credit needs to do the things they stated they would do, which is help me. If they werent able to help me, the customer service agents should have said that instead of lying to me.Now Im going to have a missed payment on my credit report and I didnt even miss a payment! I need help.

      I received an email from Integra Credit stating I was denied for a loan with them. But I never applied for a loan with them and had never even heard of them until receiving this email. I'm in the process of fixing my credit and do not need this inquiry on there. I wouldn't have asked for a loan I know I won't get it. But I know I didn't ask for this one.

      The date 11-18-21, I got a pre approved letter for a loan up to $3000. I filled out the application online but just ask for ****. I faxed and emailed my bank statement. And integra called me to verify everything. My bank account information my name and everything and it was correct. They also did a bank verification online from my bank.. I was told I was approved for $1000.00. I signed the paperwork electronically. And was told I would have the funds deposited after underwriting signed off on it.. Then I get an email that says the following...Dear ***,After carefully reviewing your application (November 17, 2021 at 3:17PM CST), we are sorry to advise you that we cannot ***** a loan to you at this time.Information about the reason(s) for the denial of your application will be sent via email within ******************************************** your application.If you have any questions or concerns, please call one of our knowledgeable representatives at ************ for further assistance. We appreciate your business; and we are always happy to assist you.Sincerely,****************Integra Credit Customer Support ************ ****************************** Now this company is a bunch of Lire's and scammers. So I wish to report them for not doing what they said that they would do. And thats loaning me $1000.00, and now they have all my personal information
