    I am writing to urgently address the incorrect information on my credit report resulting from the unauthorized sharing of my personal details with credit bureaus. This situation has caused me considerable financial and emotional hardship.According to 15 USC 1681 Section 602, I have the right to privacy regarding my financial information, and it must be treated confidentially.Additionally, under 15 USC 1681 Section 604(a)(2), no consumer reporting agency can disclose account information without my explicit consent, which I have not provided.The errors associated with INTEGRA CRED have negatively impacted my financial status, and I am requesting immediate corrections.Also, in line with 15 USC 1666(b), creditors are prohibited from treating credit card payments as late under certain conditions.For your reference, my account details are: Account Number: 5559****I request a prompt review of my account and that these inaccuracies be corrected in accordance with the law.If this matter is not resolved swiftly, I may pursue legal action.     I have been paying this loan per the terms of the agreement. I contacted customer service asking for a courtesy reduction in my principal as I have already paid off the amount of the original loan plus $1,000 of interest. I was told they would not be able to provide any assistance, other than allowing me to skip a payment and add it to the end of the loan. I asked for clarification of my payments and was told my next payment would have paid off all of the finance charges for the account. I asked if the remaining payments scheduled would be directly toward the principal and was told it would be. I discovered a discrepancy where the total amount of scheduled payments would be $1,500 more than the remaining principal and asked for clarification. It wasn't until I specifically asked if there are any other fees being assessed. It wasn't until after nearly 30 minutes of back and forth that the agent mentioned a DAILY FEE of almost $9.00. This is predatory lending.

    I had a loan through Integra credit with a super high interest rate. I got a loan through a credit union to pay off my loan with Integra credit. The credit union *** spoke with Integra credit on a 3 way call with me to get a pay off quote and date. The credit union payed and dispense the funds direct to Integra credit to close out the account. The pay off was made on time but I still somehow have a balance and it keeps accumulating interest. I contacted Integra Credit twice about the problem but I'm not getting answer to why I still have a balance. I keep getting told someone would look into it and contact me through email. I never received any information regarding this matter but the account is still active and accumulating interst by the day. I just want the account close so I don't have to deal with them anymore.

    I applied for a loan And got approved for $1250.00 in May. They take out of my bank account every two weeks $107.51. I've made 7 payments. When I checked my account two weeks ago my balance was $1219.04, I looked up my account today and I owe $1232.08. How can my balance go up when in between that a payment of $107.51 was taken out. That makes no sense to me. These people are crooks. These are the types of loans kill people. Something needs to be done. I have paid $752.75 in 3 months on a $1250 and I still owe $1232.08. This is criminal.

    Integra credit/Central Portf keeps adding this item to my credit report again after it was removed some time ago. Listing it as opened in June, which is incorrect. I didn't have anything with them. I'm very frustrated. I would like this removed.

    Integra credit has done nothing but continued to lie to me, led me on to believe I was approved and I wasnt! I was initially approved for a specific amount and everything was great they just need to verify my drivers license, which I uploaded immediately after application. This was on 7/16/2024 and my account said that it was pending, well it stated that for days and I kept calling back getting lied to saying itll take 2 business days, they were escalating it, and that they were gonna have a supervisor to reach out to me, and ALL of this was a lie, I called back to the following Friday to see whats going on, and its still pending! So one rep was able to keep her word and see whats the hold up, just to call me back and tell me I wasnt approved ??! Are you kidding me?! This is a tactic to get your information and to use it to their advantage because what else is the reason? Now I had an inquiry on my credit for no reason! I will be taking this further!

    I borrowed 1000 dollars for a small occurrence in life and have already paid over 1700 dollars in fees. The loan is saying I gave until May 2025 and frankly I was not disclosed the amount of interest that was on this loan. The loan's interest is roughly 167% year on year and when I first was approved for the loan I was informed it was roughly 38%. This is blatant false advertising and is disgusting how your group preys upon those who need a bit of cash quickly. I have more than paid my debt to you sharks and you still want more from me.

    My name is *************************** took out a loan in November of 2023 and the amount of $1,500. I am 55 years old and did a online application. When inquiring about the loan asked about finance charges and how much I will be required to pay back the person that was doing the loan online told me it wouldn't be over $1,000 so I agreed to it gave my information been making monthly payments every two weeks I pay $137.73 a total of $2 and $74 and some change monthly I already have paid them over $1,600 back I'm caught up on my payments I received a email from credit karma about my credit Integra had my credit score dropped so that's the reason I contacted them today trying to see what was going on and while on the phone with them I asked them what was the balance that I owe and what was the payoff date they told me that I wouldn't pay off this loan till July 11th 2025 and at that time I would be them paid them $5,753.48 at that time I told them it's no way I agreed to pay them four times the amount that what I borrowed and something was wrong so I asked to speak to a supervisor they refuse to give me any information or to put a supervisor on the phone and told me that's what I had to pay. I am older female and I told them that I didn't sign that I did a check and it's no way that I agreed to that amount I wouldn't have signed to pay them back four times the amount that I borrowed so by asking to speak to a supervisor or manager to try to resolve this situation I don't have any problems paying the loan back cuz I take good care of my credit my credit scores is over $700 so I'm not trying to mess up my credit but these people is doing something fraudulent because it's no way that they should be charging me four times the amount that I borrow..

    I am rejecting this response because:Hi my name is ************************* my ID reference number is ********. I just received an email with an update on my complaint. I do wish to move forward with this complaint against Integra credit .they have increased the finance charges considerably on the loan that I took out with them for $1,500.. I haven't received anything in writing from them pertaining to the loan agreement until y'all contacted them and they sent me papers in the mail with the payment schedule and still with those ballooned High interest and finance fees..they only sent me a email once I received the $1500 thanking me for taking out a loan with their company and that's all the correspondent I  had received from them until I filed with the better Business bureau. I really need y'all help rectifying this situation I have tried several times dealing with Integra credit and asking to speak to management. Someone contacted me last week but still have not did anything about these over-inflated finance charges. At the time I took out this loan  it was online loan so they have definitely did something to inflate the charges cuz I would have never took out a loan with those  High interest charges so I definitely need the better Business bureau help with rectifying the situation..

    I borrowed 1000 did not know Integra Credit charge so much interest come to find out every month I pay 168 ***** goes to principal the rest goes to interest said I wont have it paid off till may 2025 I read the rest of the review saying it was controlled and all that stuff like that the reviews are ********. There is nothing being done from this company bit of it is just needs to take it off of their credit because it is not a good company. They are liars and stealing money, if they else from God-fearing people.
