1 starI called to pay off balance in advance paid tons in interest asked for a discount to pay in full they took my request we settled on 2400 dollars then five minutes after they received my payment they called and denied my remaining balance of 179 dollars to close the account out I was done wrong and lied to on a 2500 dollar loan I paid only 100 dollars towards the principal I was done dirty and I should not owe that remaining balance there company is crooked they hit people with bad credit and nail them to the cross I was so disappointedReview fromRobert L

Unwilling to erase personal information stating they must keep it all for 25 mons quoting federal, state & local laws rules & regulations but unable to disclose in writing what those laws were & where it stated that (huge red flag). APR is at 149% ridiculously high. They have all my information for identity ************* (ssn, dob, asdress, drivers license & bank info). That's extremely alarming! According to them it can not be deleted. I have never heard of this. First they said it was in their privacy policy which is not & no where on their website. They kept quoting federal & state laws but couldn't tell me where it was written in writing nor provide me such info they said I could ****** it. I would stay away. I am fearful my information will be leaked or stolen.

4 starsApplication process was very easy and approval quick with $$ in my account over night. Yes, it is expensive, as they are issuing credit to high risk people by definition. For those posting below who think that they ask for too much information, you must have never applied for any loan before, as this information is standard with any loan--a mortgage application is even far more intrusive! For those who say they never agreed to the interest rate, it was clearly stated on the loan document that you signed; clearly you never read it. Besides, while the interest rate is very high, the contract clearly says you can prepay without penalty. I have zero problems with this group and BBB rates them A-plus.Review fromGary W

This group is VERY SUSPECT. They require TOO much Personal Information, to even "consider" your application. Drivers License number, Social Security, Bank Routing and Account Number, and Hard Credit Score. STAY SWAY as there are other groups.Integra Credit
