      I heated a healthy choice steamer cafe meal exactly to package directions, including waiting more than one minute before removing it from microwave. It then fell off the counter and burned my foot. I reported it to Conagra, chatting with ***** *. I provided images of the burn, and lots of information about the product (best by date etc) at her request. She refused to put me in touch with a supervisor. She offers no apology, concern for their products harm, or any effort to make things better. I asked for a supervisor and she refused to connect me to one. My burn is currently red and swollen but I think can be taken care of with ice and aloe. I want the company to provide compensation of $500. If they do not, I will involve medical and legal to further the matter.

      The consumer reached out to us via chat.  We apologized and asked for information from the box, which she provided.  She did ask for a supervisor so we asked for her phone number to have one of our supervisors call her.  She refused to give us her number.  She was offered the 800 number for our supervisors if she preferred to call us instead and she told us "you've now lost the opportunity to fix this".  Under normal usage our products would not cause bodily injury, however, we do take this seriously and the information has been shared with our Food Safety and Quality team.    We would be happy to speak with her again if she would like to call us at **************.

      Hello , I am a 68 Y/O female . I purchased 2 Marie Callenders *************** potatoes . I microwaved it and sat down to eat as I was eating I heard something crack I swallowed the food and went to the washroom . When I looked in the mirror to my horror my front tooth was cracked ! I called and spoke to a representative who informed me that if I didnt save the object that there was nothing they could do ! My dentist informed me that a crown would cost me $900.00 ! I called the attorney generals office ***** ***** and attached a picture of the *************. They instructed me to wait for a response . Well I received it from Congra Brands . The representative is offering to give me some FREE COUPONS I dont think this is fair why would I Ever purchase any of their products ever ! I want them to pay for a new crown . I think this is outrageous ! And seniors should not be treated this way . I appreciate all that you can do regarding this matter .

      I am rejecting this response because: Following up on our previous email correspondence, I would like to reiterate my request for compensation regarding the incident involving a Marie Callender's product. While I understand the need for evidence, I regrettably swallowed the object that caused my dental injury. However, I have previously provided photographic evidence of the resulting damage to my tooth. The object was small, certainly not a large or easily identifiable piece. My intention is not to unjustly accuse Conagra Brands, especially given my long history of purchasing their products. My request for $900 in compensation reflects the significant cost associated with repairing the damage to my tooth. As this represents a considerable expense on my fixed income, I would appreciate Conagra Brands' reconsideration of my claim. I am not interested in alternative compensation, such as product coupons.       I am rejecting this response because: when I first called Congra Brands and explained what had occurred they asked me for everything on the box which I still have . I also explained that I had swallowed the small piece of bone that caused this problem . It wasnt like it was an Appleseed or something that you would expect to be able to spit out and save or examine . I am very disappointed with Congra Brands and have been buying their products for years . It seems to me that they are going out of their way to not trying to help in any way . But they had the nerve to offer me coupons on another purchase . Why would they do this ? To appease me ? No I will never purchase anything from them again . I know there are dishonest people out there but I am an honest sixty eight year old not that that matters to them . If I need to  , I will go on all of the social media platforms and let them know how Congra Brands treats customers when the fault was clearly caused by their product .

      I and many of my neighbors have major concerns about the Conagra railway and train idling exhaust. I and my family have experienced *************** and severe.headaches. I've tried to contact the major railways and have been told they can not help me do to it is it's owned and operated by Conagra. I've had to make police reports because I'm afraid that one day it may put me in the er. I have video and pictures of the odorless petroleum gas cars idling for many hours and at least 6 new home owners that have the same concerns. This is a new subdivision called the ******************* and have been told upon purchase of our new build homes that the train only runs once a day. That was not true and we were unable to do our due diligence and check for ourselves because we were not allowed to go into the site during the build of our home and it was totally fenced off. Since our move in there have been additional tracks put in for storage and the trains connecting and disconnecting at all times of the day and night have taken its toll on everyone's health and their homes construction.  There has to be some kind of standard regulation or oversight.       12/19/2024 I purchase a box of ******* Redenbacher's 3 bag butter popcorn . The bag had a defect it had a hole under the side you put down . while heating in the Microwave the contents leaked out which caused the Popcorn to burn and smoke . Luckily for me I was close enough to get to the bag and douse it with water before it caught fire but it damaged my Microwave . Melted plastic inside the Microwave . to my way of thinking melting the inside of the Microwave is Dangerous . I have unplugged the Microwave and it is just sitting there . I contacted CONAGRA the same day 12/19 that I purchased and used the bag of Popcorn . I also called them there team passed me around saying someone would contact me . I received and email on 12/20/2024 saying that they where sending me a coupon and closed the case . again I called Conagra and the person I spoke to said he would pass my complaint along to another team . That maybe someone would call me sometime regarding my complaint . I expressed the concern that there product destroyed my Microwave and that I needed to speak to someone regarding this.

      hi, when I wrote the email earlier  I transposed the telephone numbers **************.  just spoke to ***** at Conagra and they are denying that there product did the damage to my microwave .  

      but since the package of Microwave Popcorn was the only thing in the Microwave nothing else could have damaged it .  

      So my next move is to file a small claims lawsuit and to put my experience with there products on social media .

       there have been similar experiences that I found on the Internet .

      I contacted Conagra in regards to a box of Slim Jims I purchased. We opened 5 of them and they were all too hard to bite and inedible. They were not expired and are still within the "best buy" date on the box. They sent me a $2.00 off a Slim *** product coupon and I told them this was not adequate compensation since I paid $22 for the box. I was asked to send pictures of the box to be considered for further compensation. However, after doing so they informed me that "they compensate by way of coupons."This is ridiculous and not acceptable. A $2.00 off a purchase coupon doesn't make me whole for the $22 I spent on the inedible box of Slim ***** they sent to the stores for consumers. Something was clearly done wrong in production on this batch as they are not expired/close to expiration and we cannot bite into them. They are hard as a rock. I have attached my communication with Conagra where I tried to resolve this before reaching out to a 3rd party for mitigation.

      I purchased two of the mega meat Kansas City BBQ meals from ******* on the same transaction. I've got them home and went to cook them only to discover the advertisement on the box was wrong. It says it comes in sauce. There is no sauce. When I called the company they told me I would only be compensated for a fraction of my purchase price if I chose to accept those type of coupons. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told one was not available. I was not offered a refund and told they don't give replacement coupons and refunds. I feel ripped off along with every other consumer who buys these meals only to find out there is no sauce.

      Purchased Banquet sausage links and as I started eating/ chewing one link and immediately I felt a sharp pain on my tooth and piece of my tooth fell off as a result of something on the sausage link. I tried to keep the particle but it fell of my fingers down my kitchen sink.
