Supposed to have been panels replacement on the garage, 4 windows caulked and painted. 2 windows were not done. Paneling on walls cut uneven, not fitting, sticking out from garage side. Large nails showing, large nails pertruding through the walls of the garage to inside, making holes in the inside panels. Holes in inside panels all the way down all inside walls. End wood strips not cut evenly, large nails showing, not even with the garage wall sides. Caulk put in one, it was so far apart from the wall. Scrapped off white paint, and broken wood, that was scrapped by the ******* from the entry doors to the ********* showed him all of this, he said the walls were wet inside, which was, is not, true. He knew all of the damage and shabby work because I showed it to him. He did not care, and made excuses. When I called him, telling him again about the shabby, unprofessional, destruction of my property, he said 'have a nice day', and hung up the phone. 11/23/22. He told me no money was subtracted from my credit card. My statement came today, and he subtracted $977.50, for Allen Construction. He lied. I deserve compensation, for work I am going to have to have done, to my property, to cover his damage.

I am rejecting this response because:

Good morning. *************** to the email received from your office concerning Allen Construction Capital Management.
I did not understand what you wrote as 'Message From The Business' ****************** said she will call Allen Construction Management.
When the permit is, we get it done. I don't understand that statement. Previously when I called the company, I got an answering
machine, which you always get. When he called me back, I asked him to come out to repair the walls damages, he had done. He
said it is too cold. I then asked him to bring me the $127.00, that he agreed to give me back. He said, "I don't have it" at first. Then
he said, "I'll bring it when I come".  He now calls and says, he will be out here on the 22nd of February to repair the wall areas, that
have gauges and holes, and nails, coming through them, from his previous work. I sent those pictures to you in my first complaint. It
is the same, because he never came out to do the repairs. He also said he will bring the $127.00, with him. I don't know if he will give
me the money. I don't know if he will come out. I don't know if he will repair the damages. I don't know if he will give me the $127.00. I
will have to wait and see what he does, and let you know exactly, if he does or does not do what he says.
    Thank you for your assistance.

    Sincerely,
