    Go Health COMPLETELY bamboozled my mom with a very convincing promise of a fantastic new health plan under United Healthcare. While they may be legit as brokers, much misinformation was shared & then they tried to deduct payment for the new plan from her social security. Not only would this have disrupted her whole life, but she worked her whole life for this social security & relies on these payments each month. None of this was disclosed with her at the time they called either. This kind of thing is disgusting to do to people. She's had many restless nights trying to get answers & take care of this when it never should have happened in the first place.

    This company takes advantage of ******** beneficiaries. Often flipping them into a different ******** advantage policy just to make a commission resetting the deductible and max out of pocket for the beneficiary. Beware of this company

    "Cutting edge technology" my backside. I received 4 mailers from them to my home on the same day for people that have NEVER lived here and 2 of which I know for a fact are deceased. These companies need to start figuring out that if I don't call them, I don't need/want them.

    ****! GoHealth "brokers" identifying as major insurance companies are taking advantage of the elderly and somehow had ALL of MY clients personal info. Including her prescriptions. HOW? P.S. - NOONE WILL EVER CALL YOU. IF THEY CALL YOU, IT IS ******% A SCAM

    Absolutely a scam. Do not fall for working for them. They claim permanent positions then after requiring you to work 70+ hours a week, they lay you off after had used you for season.

    I approved an application over the phone on 1-09-2025 for a healthcare policy. On 1-10-2025 I decided against this policy and tried to cancel it over the phone. I spent hours on hold and still was not able to cancel.

    I have ******** so gohealth is required by law to accept as full payment the amount ******** allows and pays plus the supplemental amount that my secondary inssurance Aetna senior care pays them. They charge an additional amount which is illegal. I am currently in the process of lodging a ******** complaint against this fraudulent company. They try to get you to give them credit card information which luckily I refused to give them when I went in for the visit. By the way, they misdiagnosed my condition and gave me the wrong medicine for my condition.

    The staff at ************ *********** has made a terrible mistake sending me home with swimmers ear and cough medicine while I am having spiking fevers, massive small blood clots coming out of my nose and throat alternating with extreme amounts of green or brown thick mucus is not chocking me ******* some cocky female sounding a lot like **** at ******************* just without apologizing said well maybe you should have come in for an x-ray? Never knew they were equipped for diagnostic imaging. At any rate I'm dying here she makes a another insult and hangs up in my face today at Oct 30, 2024 at 2:42. Very unacceptable behavior UCSF Dignity Urgent Car in ************. Where is the professionalism, or dignity in your care.

    Bait and switch phone practices.They get your personal information by asking you to call them to receive a grocery allowance in addition to whatever your own insurance company may provide.
