      Horrible!! This place clearly is a scam. When you call you have to wait 1 hr just to speak with someone just to get transferred to another person which VM always picks up. They called and left a message with my fiance that my case is closed to go through my insurance. Their insurer reversed into me!! This happened 6/24 today is 7/11 with no outcome. The insurer doesn't even have a license how is this possible!? I would give it zero stars! Cops need to realize this is a fake insurance company.

      Nightmarish of a company to deal with. I was struck by a driver insured by American Alliance on May 3rd. I am writing this review on July 11. I have still not been reached out to once since I filed my claim. Every time I call to try and speak to my agent, I wait at least 2 - 3 hours to a voicemail box that I presume is never checked. This is a fraudulent insurance company and I hope to receive some kind of compensation.

      No stars!!!! This is the worst insurance company! Were in our 7th month of waiting, calls, emails and the other driver hit us! This company is a scam. Do not ever consider this company. Weve done everything asked of us, yet the needle hasnt moved in seven months! Now Ive got to higher an attorney! No stars!

      Unethical and nightmarish company to deal with. I was struck by a driver insured by American Alliance on May 9th. I am writing this review on July 2nd. This is a fraudulent insurance company and I hope to receive my payment before their doors are closed for good.

      This is a bad insurance company. BBB, please do something about this company. I was involved in an accident more than a month ago and I have yet to receive a call from their adjuster on how to proceed forward with repairs. Everytime I call ( after being on hold for an hour) there's always an excuse. I've sent them everything they requested & still no response. Now everything is under "review" and has been under review for days. This insurance company is a scam. I don't know how employees of this company can look at themselves and pretend all is fine when they're impacting people's life's in such a negative nightmarish way. BBB, please investigate this company. They're unethical.

      This is an absolute horror to work with this company. Days of holding and being transferred and holding an additional hour. Easily 3 hours a day . I was hit by their insured on May 1st and it is now al.ost July 1st with no resolution. They do not answer the phone. They will drop your call as well. They transfer you to someone named *************************** who does not exist! I have reached out to the **** *************************** to no avail. My husband hurt his back in this accident and I need answers. With AACC having ratings of 1 or lower why don't you do something about them?

      If I could give it zero stars I would. This company needs to be shut down immediately and stop offering their drivers insurance. It's nearly impossible to get anyone on the phone to start a claim against one of their drivers. When you're not at fault and need to deal with this company, the place is a mess. It is an understatement that they take their sweet time to get anything started or resolved. Someone needs to revoke their business license immediately.

      I had a policy with full coverage and accidently hit a cement divider. I filed a claim and was denied the explanation for denial stated that claims will be denied in the event of a "hit and run". This was not a "hit and run". The adjuster used this jargon to deny my claim.

      Horrible service . I was in a hit and run. The driver that hit me dragged me into another car. I proceeded to call American Alliance to start the claim I told the girl I do door dash but I wasn't doing it in the car I was just stating that I do deliveries drives when I was asked. I thought it was a general question. Once I was told that I was going to be denied from ride sharing apps like door dash or Uber eats or Lyft , I called back to let them know I was not doing deliveries in the vehicle that was damaged. I was put on hold every time I called for more than a hour each. Now I'm back with another car accident with a whole different car and its been 4 weeks now since the accident and my car is still not being inspected for repairs and I have the highest coverage they offer . I pay my bills on time and I'm still paying for the car I cant even drive ! Just to keep up with my insurance policy.! Please help the people of ******** close this place down!
