    I continue to be harassed by Arnold Scott Harris, calling before 8 AM all day, everyday. I don't owe Arnold Scott Harris whoever they are anything. I received a letter from the State of ****** stating a Satisfaction of Judgement in reference to a tax lien. And if I owe anything to ****** I definitely would not pay Arnold fricking Scott Harris. I want the harassing phone calls day and night to CEASE AND DESIST, ASAP. I OWE THEM NOTHING. MAKE THEM GO AWAY.

    Thank you for communicating with Arnold Scott Harris, P.C., an A+ rated company with the Better Business Bureau.  We are in receipt of your correspondence dated December 20, 2022 pertaining to the above captioned matter.

    Our records show that ****** ********** of ******* (KDOR) placed a total of (3) accounts for ************** with our office for collection from November 2020 to December 2021. As ************** is aware, these accounts relate to her unpaid income taxes for tax years 2013, 2015, and 2016.  Upon receipt of the complaint we removed Ms. ****** number from the accounts and our office has not placed any additional calls to her since that date.

    Our office has also added Ms. ****** phone number ending in **** to our permanent internal Do-Not-Call list. Accordingly, she will no longer be contacted by our office at that number. However, please be advised that our office is not authorized to waive unpaid income taxes owed to the State of ******. Accordingly, Ms. ****** accounts will remain due and owing until paid in full. We hope this serves to clarify the issue raised.

    I am a ************ fighter and was transported by a ************ department ambulance. Being a ************ fighter we get free ambulance transport. I did receive a bill from the department. I called the number on the bill explained to them that I was a member and they explained to me that I can disregard the bill because it had already been straightened out now I am getting calls from this company several times a day. I spoke with them there is nothing they can do about it.

    Our records show that the *************** EMS (COC) placed an account for ******************** with our office for collection on July 1, 2020. Notice of this account placement was sent to ******************** on July 22, 2020. Please note that ******************** spoke to one of our representatives and advised that he is a Fireman and receives ambulance transportation at no charge. We have reached out to COC and relayed Mr. ********* concerns.

    Notwithstanding the above, our office has placed a courtesy hold on Mr. ********* account while he works with COC to resolve this issue. We hope this serves to clarify the issue raised.     I had a $2,000 judgement place against me for tickets from 25 years ago that are not mine. These people have had a judgement placed against me, communicated with my job and caused me embarrassment when I am NOT the individual responsible for these tickets. The first I found out about this was a letter that came to my home regarding a judgement that had already been entered. I never had any notice of anything until they tried to get money from me. This is highly unprofessional and shady. I am a licensed sales professional who is not allowed to do business in the city if I owe any outstanding money to city. I owe nothing to the city on any parking tickets.

    To Whom It May ****************** are in receipt of your complaint dated November 10, 2022 pertaining to the above captioned matter.  We have had an opportunity to review the file and feel that there is an amicable resolution.  

    Our records show that *************** ********** of ******* (COC) placed a total of twenty-two (22) parking citations in ****************** name with our office for collection. These accounts were placed on January **** through October ****. Please note that **************** did speak to one of our representatives and explained that these parking citations are owed by his father, whose name is also *********************. Our office promptly removed ***************** contact information from the accounts, dismissed the garnishment proceeding against him and provided **************** with a copy of the stipulation and order to dismiss.

    We hope this serves to clarify the issue raised and sincerely apologize for an inconvenience this misunderstanding may have caused. If **************** has any further questions or concerns he may contact our Compliance ********** direct by email at ******************************************.

    To Whom It May ******** I have received at least 3 phone calls from this business which seems to be a debt collector. I have no outstanding debt that I am aware of. This business has not provided me with any proof of a debt, and has not contacted me by mail with any information whatsoever. I would like to dispute any debt they believe I have. Furthermore, it seems this is a common complaint against this business. Please immediately add me to your "internal Do-Not-Call" list and stop these calls.

    Our records show that the *************** ********** of ******* placed an ***************** Services (EMS) account for ************** with our office for collection on October 20, 2021. Our office mailed a validation notice for this account to ************** on October 25, 2021. Please note that ************** did not dispute the debt or request information regarding his account prior to filing this complaint. As a result, we were unable to address this situation previously. Upon receipt of the complaint, our office reached out to ***************-EMS to request an itemized bill for ************** account, which we will forward to him once received.

    Notwithstanding the above, our office has placed a courtesy hold on ************** account while he works with the *************** to resolve this matter.     I set up a payment plan with ASH apx 3 months ago. Last month received a notice saying I needed to set up a payment plan. I called and was told the Notice was in error. Today. I received a letter from *** threatening action because I had ignored them.

    Our records show that ****** ********** of ******* placed an account for ************** with our office for collection on July 18, 2022. As ************** is aware, this account relates to unpaid income taxes for tax year 2020. It appears that ************** spoke with one of our representatives on July 28, 2022 and setup a payment plan. Although ************* has made regular payments and is still currently enrolled in the payment plan, the account was not properly coded in our system which caused additional letters to be sent to him. Upon receipt of this complaint, our office promptly corrected this issue and no additional letters have been sent to him since that date.

    Notwithstanding the above, please note that we are not authorized to settle or otherwise waive delinquent income taxes owed to the ****** ********** of *******. Accordingly, the balance of this account will remain due and owing until paid-in-full. I CALLED ARNOLD TODAY AT ********** AND SPOKE TO **** WHO ANSWERED THE ****** I TOLD **** IF ARNOLD'S OFFICE VER CALLS ME AGAIN I WILL FILE AGAINST ARNOLD WITH THE OFFICE OF INSPECTOR GENERAL, AND IN MAGISTRATE ***** FOR HARRASSMENT AMONG OTHER ILLEGAL MATTERS.     Thank you for communicating with Arnold Scott Harris, P.C., an A+ rated company with the Better Business Bureau.  We are in receipt of your correspondence dated July 27, 2022 pertaining to the above captioned matter. 

    Upon a review of our records, it appears that Ms. ******* phone number was erroneously associated with a number of accounts that were placed with our office for collection by a government entity for a third party with very similar demographic information. It appears that **************** did contact our office on July 26, ******************************************************************* ****. Our representative promptly removed her phone number from the account and no further calls have been placed to her since that date. Please note, however,that our office did not receive any prior requests from **************** to stop calling her.

    Upon receipt of complaint, our office added Ms. ******* **** phone number to our permanent internal Do-Not-Call list to ensure that she will not be contacted by our office at that phone number going forward. We hope this serves to clarify the issue raised and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this misunderstanding may have caused.

    Ive answered the phone when arnold scott office called me several times & I asked them to remove my number. After at lease three times, they failed to remove my number. Again, Ive never done business with arnold and dont know anyone who has done business with arnold. I also filed a fcc complaint and asked the fcc to impose fines and penalties on arnold for calling me everyday 7:30am thru 9pm which is unacceptable. And goes against the state of ******** laws. Hopefully, now this idiot arnold scott wont ever call me with harassment
