      Upright law is horrible deceitful law firm. I signed up for chapter 7. To be told a year later no 7, but could do a 13. I told them that I didnt want a 13 and I was told at that point I could not get a refund of my $2000 back. These people need to be put out of business on a scale from one to 10 they are zero. I wouldnt refer them to a dogfight.

      File bankruptcy with upright law over a year and a half ago I paid in over **** and I just found out yesterday that they were closed and I probably won't get my money I was hoping that I could talk with you and have some sort of have an idea about how to go collect and get a refund for the fees I paid and no services rendered

      Back in 2022 Upright law took $2080 from me never filed my case locked me out of the app blocked me from emailing them and none of their contact numbers work

      Started the process in 2018 finished paying in 2019. Never got any response from them regarding information on my assigned attorney. Contact over a hundred times to get somewhere and demand a refund. Have yet to even get or hear anything back. $1900.00 stole right out from under me. Nothing but a bunch of low life crooks. I am hiring an attorney and will take legal action and *** for much more than I originally wanted back.

      Paid my fee they asked they have not done anything. Now they say they are shutting down when I asked for a refund she was rude and hung up on me. I paid $1500 she said I might get $85 back. Would like a refund I cant afford another retaining fee for another lawyer..

      I contacted Upright law about possible bankruptcy , I paid $1750.00 for their service and nothing was ever done this was back in 2022 , i just want my money back

      I have been trying to contact them for months and even sent emails I have yet to receive a response I would like to know what I am paying for?? We have 12 months left and now they are going to cancel our case because the tax returns that we sent to our lawyer back In may and several times since have never been sent in. There is something that needs to be done here!!!! They need to be shut down!

      Is there anyway to contact them at all ? Is there anyone we contact. Ive been trying to call them but yet they sent me an email stating they took a fee from my account that was assessed and from funds held in account but Im unable to call them.
