1 starThe company is not professional. They don't have IT support you can talk to either. They will charge in daily even if you want to pay your loan off in full. Please check your banks or credit unions to see what your withdrawal out on your debit card amount. Mine is only $300 on my debit card. You would think they could go through your ACH (route number). No they can't do that until the next day.Review fromVictoria M.

1 starIt's sad when you call and ask about an alleged loan that they've sold recently. A lady m named **** left a very inappropriate message on my VM. I have deposited this as I do not recall anything about this and Balance Credit says they can't tell me what amount was loaned to me. It sounds very fishy and inappropriate. As I told the man who answered I recorded the call just as they do and have a terminal illness. I've never received anything on the mail from them. I AM DISPUTING THIS SUPPOSED LOAN. I HAVE ZERO RECOLLECTION ABOUT THIS. AND WHEN I CALLED THEM WAS TOLD THEY COULDN'T TELL ME ANYTHING. UMM FISHY SOUNDING. Unapologetically sorry.Review fromHilton A

1 starA scam, and predatory to boot. Exorbitant payment fees for a loan that should have been simple payments back. Have made several payments that also caused my bank account to be closed. Won't pay another cent.Review fromTrevi B

****************** doing business as: Rise Credit Services/SunUp Financial/Capital Community/Utah Chartered Bank/Elevate Credit/Elastic Credit/Financial Wise Bank, etc - this is the short list of DBA's related to Balance Credit that I was able to prepare with my limited knowledge of Predatory lending practices. This was my first experience of deceptive or unethical means to convince me to accept a loan. They knowingly took advantage of the vulnerable financial predicament we were in and in one ST loan of $2,500 have ruined our credit score that we went to them to repair.BalanceCredit.com

Don't do business with them. They lie about the interest rate. They say it's 24% & once you get the loan it goes up to 224% interest rate once you are approved for the loan. 3 days after I was approved someone went into my account and charged almost $800 to a company I've never even heard of. My bank locked my *********** had to dispute all 7 charges. It had to be a inside job.BalanceCredit.com

DO NOT TO BUSINESS WITH Balance Credit. I was in an emergency situation and needed $3000. They gave me the loan and I thought I would have been able to pay them *** earlier. They placed the loan on my credit report. That $3000 loan turned out to be $7000 and would have been even more if I had went to full term of the agreement but I managed to pay off earlier. I didn't want my credit to be messed up so I paid it. I spoke to the resolution team that did nothing to help me! Just told me the interest would keep adding up. They are predatory lenders and I don't understand why no one regulates the amount of interest they charge. Hard working people that just fall behind and need funds - they take advantage of. Please beware and do hot fall into their trap.BalanceCredit.com
