    I got a loan from CreditNinja a while back and fell behind on the payments due to financial difficulties. They sent the account to ****************** to collect on the account who has never called me in reference to it. For a little bit I was getting emails from inDebted in regards to trying to collect on the account. Today I got contact from ******* who is also trying to collect on the same debt. So I have three different companies trying to collect the same debt. When I contacted Credit Ninja as requested they refused to even handle it telling me to call a company who doesnt even answer the phone.

    I've been receiving emails that a loan was approved, that it was deposited, that a scheduled payment failed to complete, that money is owed.... for a loan I never took out, never applied for. Never heard of this company. On emails it has a wrong address for me. I don't see any hard inquiries on my credit reports which I assume would be visible if a loan was approved from application by an identity thief. I want credit ninja to suffer some negative consequences for trying to fish my information and for sending these emails. I don't know if they are real or not. I don't feel like I can call and dispute because I'm worried they will steal more of my info.

    I am not liable for this debt with Credit Ninja. I do not have a contract with credit recovery systems, they did not provide me with the original contract as i requested.

    Southwest credit recovery has the burden to provide proof of when they provided me with proof of the debt by providing me with the original contract. My next step will be to file a complaint with the **** & FTC.

    Correction on review I submitted today. I have made 23 payments in the past 9 months for a total of $1927.86 for a $1000 loan. This is puting me in a financial crisis. This is a predatory interest rate.

    My father got a loan through this company a couple weeks ago and called yesterday to pay it off in full but was told that he would still be required to pay the full amount because they charge a *** Fee and that cant be reduced even if paid early his loan was $600.00 but they are charging a $800.00 *** Fee on top of that and everything i have tried to research and find says the *** Fee is 10% of the loan plus .40-.80 cents per $100.00 a day which definatly does not add up to $800.00 on top of $600.00and i am just wanting to know how legal that is if i could please get this info so that i am correctly informed whether it is legal or not for them to charge such a high *** Fee on top of interest fees as well I just really need this info im just trying to help my edlerly father get the correct info on whether they are being legal or not I have had loans in the past as well on as high as ******* and even with that amount my *** Fee was only about $200 and when i called to pay it off early it was cheaper because i was paying it off early so i didnt have to worry about paying for the extra days for interest or the *** Fee because it also goes day by day as well so everything was cheaper to pay off early please help me get the correct info

    I took out a payday loan with Credit Ninja to pay off some debts and a car repair. I lost my job sometime after getting the loan and fell drastically behind on my payments in which they sent the debt to Structured Settlement in which Titan **************** LLC helps them collect their payments for their debts, I paid for a few months until my income was reduced, lost a jobs, a home, a car and continued financial problems. I have no assistance from my family or friends as they have both disowned me for personal reasons. This financial situation has become to the point where I am nauseous daily and attempting suicide everyday. I have provided proof of hardship and they accuse me of harassment as well as making threats which is a ** LIE!! I have asked for the debt to be forgiven as well as removed from all reports (including ******* Services). I want my money, this debt forgiven and removed from all records ASAP!!!! There are three other entities involved and I will be filing with them as well! I want my money and the forgiveness of this debt by Friday 5pm EST!!! I AM SICK OF THE ** GAMES!!

    I provided proof from the bank CFO regarding a deposit that was returned to the company. Creditninja however neglected to acknowledge that returned payment, but proceeds to ACH my account in the amount of $100.54 as if I am in an active loan status. I immediately contacted them regarding the error, and as aforementioned provided the requested proof (5/3/2024) that they in fact received their initial deposit back. I was told at that time a refund in the amount of $100.54 was being processed to refund back into my account. Not true. I called again 5/8/2024 and asked any a refund again in which I was told I should receive in 7-10 business days. I still have not received it. I reached out again (5/21/2024) and was told my refund should come in 3-5 business days. It's almost 5/30/2024 and I am yet to receive my $100.54 plus I would like to not need to call every week to remind them not to ACH my account weekly, to refund my money, and close the account but this is yet to happen. The draft of $100.54 took place 4/26/2024 and it's been long enough.

    I was approved for a loan of $1000 from Credit Ninja on 3/28/2024. The loan was to be deposited to my ***** Fargo checking account on 3/29/2024. I never received the $1000. Monthly payments have been withdrawn twice from my **** account for this loan. I have called and emailed Credit Ninja countless times and have sent them March and April **** statements showing no deposit of funds from them, but still I have no results. Credit Ninja will not show me proof of their deposit. I've also called ***** Fargo a number of times. On 5/17/2005 I went in person to the main branch of ***** Fargo here in ************** and met with a person there who did some inquiries and called *****' ACH department. She told me that a deposit from Credit Ninja was never received. So, after almost two months I am no closer to a resolution.

    On April 26, 2024, I completed an already-started application for a small loan with Credit Ninja. Their website required that I sign first one set of documents regarding the loan, and after I concluded the signing, the website posted a message telling me that the application was incomplete. I called their customer number, and explained the situation, whereupon I was sent several more links to move the application forward, none of which works. I called in again and was told that I needed to resign the loan documents, which I did. Again, the website continued to show that me application was pending, despite the fact that I had signed two sets of loan documents. I was then sent a third link and was told to reapply, which I did, whereupon I was denied based on the status of the previous pending application. I now show a denial on my credit record from Credit Ninja, in addition to one pending application and they told me they cannot withdraw the denied application or delete the pending application.
