This company has placed a collection on my credit report, and I've never done any business with this company. you have been sharing my nonpublic information with credit bureaus, resulting in inaccurate reporting on my credit profile. This violates my privacy rights under 15 USC **** section 602 and 15 USC **** Section 604 A Section 2, which mandates written consent for such actions.Your inaccurate reporting, including incorrectly labeling timely payments as late, has caused significant financial and emotional distress. January 2023 Credit Ninja opened an online loan account and provided funds to a cybercriminal that stole my personal identity and used a digital signature. I knew nothing about this personal loan until it showed up on my credit report in collections. I have disputed the loan with Credit Ninja and the debt collection company. I provided a police report, a FTC ID theft report and an Affidavit of Forgery. The company claims the debt is valid because someone made a couple payments on the loan then stopped paying. They payments were not made by me or from my financial institution. I have requested proof and documentation of where the funds were deposited, where these alleged payments came from and documentation on how they verified my identity to approve the loan, with no response from the company. This company has done nothing to resolve the situation. I am not paying for loan that was fraudulently opened in my name without my authorization or consent. This is the perfect example of a cyber scam, and this company harasses victims of ID theft, financial exploitation and the elderly. No loan should ever be authorized without a written signature. The loan was even approved while there was a fraud alert on my credit reports. Someone within the company is probably involved with the scam.Business Response

I already sent Credit Ninja an Affidavit of Forgery with my original dispute but I will send them one again. The company has continued to state that it is a valid loan because someone made payments on the loan but no banking account information has been provided to me as to where the loan funds were deposited or banking information on where/how these payments were made. I only have one bank account and can prove that I never received any funds or made payments to Credit Ninja. No social security or date of birth have been provided. Phone numbers that are associated with the account do not belong to me and are invalid when you call them. There verification of debt that I originally received contained only a street name with no house number making it an invalid address.

Ninja is reporting seven inquiries on my check systems report that are not authorized by me.
