My husband is critically ill and cannot be left without the ability to summon assistance. When the technician arrived, he asked to see our wi-fi equipment and physically verified that it was compatible with the lock he proposed to supply. If there was 'false' information it was not provided by us. After installing the lock, he determined that he needed another part before we could gain access to the wi-fi capabilities. After a considerable wait, he came to install this part and when he attempted to test the wi-fi capability, he determined that it was not compatible with our wi-fi which is 5.0. The only option we have is, we can refund you for just the hardware including tax, which is $545.74, but we will need to take back the part we installed since you are going to receive that refund.
