We purchased a 2009 *************-12 machine in April 2024, a video was provided of the machine which shows it moving and "running". When we received the machine we put it in the location it was going to be in and it sat for about a month while **** registered it to us. **** then came out to inspect it. The past couple of months this machine has had multiple parts replaced because it was in such poor condition. But according to MTB it was "working" and "running" when it left there facility. The description for this machine stated it was in great working condition, which led us to believe we can turn it on and start using it. That wasn't the case at all! We have put already half the amount we bought it for in parts and labor. When I spoke to ****** which is the Office Manager, all she can say is that "its a used machine what do you expect", which we get but it was advertised as "great working condition" which it clearly is not. We are 2 months into having this machine and we have still not used it, its still getting new parts almost every day because the **** technicians keep finding things wrong with it. I asked that they reimburse us at least for parts purchased already or $30,000 to be fair. Since then I have apparently been blocked or they are screening the calls. No one one answers nor do they respond back to emails. This company is shady in how they sell/ run their business or they need employees that know what there selling or marketing!

I hate posting negative reviews. JUST DO WHAT YOU SAID YOU WOULD DO AND SEND ME THE STEADY REST. I was looking for a lathe with a 3.5" or larger bore back in November. ******************* found one with a 4" bore and sold it to me. We received the lathe only to find the bore is 3". I specifically need a 3.5" bore or larger. We worked on a couple solutions that didn't pan out and ultimately i planned to return the lathe for a refund. More time passed as **** tried to hold onto the sale. He offered me some money back on the lathe AND A STEADY REST. I agreed and he said he would send the steady rest. I put the lathe in service with the promise that the steady rest would be shipped. I get ghosted. No reply to emails. No reply to calls. I finally called and was able to get ahold of a manager, ********. She said she would call me back and didn't. So I wrote a 1 star review. They immediately call and we create a new contract stating that if they send me a steady rest i will take my comment down. I agreed but when i received the steady rest it was offset and will not work for my machine. I email, ****** and ******** said they have someone looking for a replacement on 4/3. Since then i have written them multiple emails looking for an update. No response. 3 more weeks and no response again. I am writing reviews to the BBB today. 1 more week before i get lawyers involved. I'm trying to work this out but I'm done with this company ghosting me and not taking me seriously. UNTIL I GET A STEADY STEADY REST THAT FITS I WILL KEEP ESCALATING UNTIL I GET WHAT IS IN OUR CONTRACT. It is a shame a customer would have to go to these lengths, but HOW ELSE CAN I GET THIS COMPANY TO COMPLY WITH OUR CONTRACT????
