For those reading this comment, please be aware that if you call and request to speak with your doctor, in this case Dr. ******************** you will not get a call back. I have waited 5 business days and am still waiting.Furthermore, while they are good at their jobs (except when one doctor hit my mothers bladder during her hysterectomy and caused her to have to have a catheter for a week after her surgery), their billing department is the most unprofessional set of people I have ever dealt with. I have been a patient there for over a decade, and they never sent me a paper bill. After hours of conversations, I was told 6 versions of the bill were sent via email. I never signed up for or agreed to virtual bills. They also claimed at the billing department my voicemail isnt set up. Thats a boldface lie. My voicemail has been set up and able to take voicemails. I listen to and clear them daily, so its also not a matter of it being full. The business office people continually blame others or me.Additionally, months before a procedure I was having, I asked for one pill, like Xanax, to ease my nerves since I have had that procedure. The person who I booked it with said she would send my request to a nurse. Two days before the procedure, I was on the phone, asking about the Rx. They said they werent sure they could get approval because it was so late in the day, and they were closing up at 4:00. I explained that I had asked the day I set up the appointment for this and someone clearly dropped the ball. Someone finally acquiesced, but I shouldnt have had to call, be put through hoops to jump through, and made more even anxious about the procedure.I am leaving these complaints here because the I have called at least 5 times to get this cleared up, and I have made 0 progress. I am leaving these complaints here to stand up for myself against the healthcare system. Good luck, should you stay with this practice; Im out.
