    Terrible company. Their whole business model is to overcharge insurance companies by ****% compared to similar items on Amazon on a rent to own basis and provide no customer service whatsoever. If you can avoid doing business with them, I recommend doing so.

    My mother got a ****** approved by her insurance. I called to order it in august and paid the $45 co-pay. I was told the ****** would be shipped in 5 business days. Never received email tracking. ****** never came. I called back in September, they supposedly shipped it again. I asked for email confirmation. All I got was proof of my copay. ****** never came. Now its October and my mom wants refund. We just got our own. To get back my $45 has been the biggest hassle. I also used my email to handle all of this since my mom doesnt check hers. Now I get spam email from c*** companies for my mom to take out loans and what not. I am certain Orbit is selling patient contact info. Ridiculous.

    Monday, March 13, 2023 -- Received an electric hospital bed from Orbit Medical for my mother who is recovering from a stroke.Either week of March 20th or 27th, 2023 -- Approximately a week or two after receiving the electric bed on March 13, the hospital bed made a loud clunking sound when the bed rose. After calling for repairs, I was told that it takes 7 - 10 business days for them to respond to repairs. Since I received no response, I called again. To my surprise, I was told that a part had been ordered and it just came in the warehouse. Before this call, no one came out to see if a new part was needed. The repair person came out without any new part. He adjusted some bolts and left.Thursday, April 13, 2023, I called Orbit Medical for repairs on the railing. I was told that it will take 7 10 business days for them to respond.April 21, 2023 I called Orbit Medical for another bed repair. It will not rise any longer. The repair that was done during the week of March 27th made it worse. I asked Orbit to add this repair to the existing repair that I requested on Thursday, April 13, 2023. Since the part was already in the warehouse and never used, per my conversation during the week of March 27, 2023, I should not have to wait for any parts to fix the rise function on this electric hospital bed.Also, during this call, I was surprised to learn that Orbit Medical ordered a new railing. No one came out to see if a new railing was needed.April 24, 2023 -- I was told that my repairs for April 13th and 21st are under review. I was told that Orbit Medical is behind in completing their repair orders. During this telephone conversation, I informed the rep that this hospital bed has broken down more than it has been working. I received this bed on March 13. I called three times and each time it takes 7 10 business days to respond. I only had this bed for 5 weeks and it has been broken for at least 3 of those 5 weeks.

    I agree with the other reviewers. They were suick to make the sale of a very expensive motorized wheelchair to me, and the absolute worst company or place I have ever dealt with tegarding repairs for it. After maybe 80 calls over several weeks with no helpful response or no response, I finally ordered a chair pickup online. Someone actually showed up, replaced the disabled arm, did not know how to put on six pieces that had fallen off, and fid not know how to reach anyone for my credit card payment. The chair was five months old and under warrantee. I paid with a check, just to get the guy out of my apartment. Theu totally rip off the disabled. Really horrendously bad.
