      I hired a moving broker (****************************), to get my things from ***********, **, to *******, **. They hired a man with his own company (JOHNNYZ M&D LLC), from the beginning he responded poorly, he didn't show up on his original pick up date. Then when he finally picked up my things on 7/30/22, him and his friend moved all of my things into his truck (it was a Penske truck rental truck), and there was some random woman in the front seat who didn't do anything. While they were moving everything, I made sure to ask if they had any other jobs to do while moving my things, partly because I wanted to make sure my things weren't getting mixed up, he had no divider or anything, he told me no and that my things were going to be the only things in the truck (which I found out they weren't). After they finished packing my things he wanted the first payment, which I had already got money orders for. He told me he needed 70% up front. Which is not what White ***** told me. They said It was 50% at pick up and 50% at drop off. So I gave him the money order which was 50% and Zelled him the remaining 20%. The next day he texts me asking me to cancel the money orders I wrote out to him and just zelle him, he was saying ******* wouldn't let him cash them. I informed him I couldn't cancel them, they were in cash, and he kept pushing for me to do it. I called my bank and they said the only way I could possibly cancel the money order is if I had his half of the money order. I told him this but he said he was 4 hours away. I told him there was nothing I could do. I told him that's how White ***** told me to pay him, and that it was a legit form of payment and he needed to take it up with his bank. He told me his bank was in ********. We went back and forth a little on ********* said he would figure it out. I can't write the rest of my story cause of the limited space on here. He kept delaying my delivery basically then blocked my number and the broker and stole all my stuff.

      Customer received all items. This customer was simply having a payment issue and also she did not want to comply with our delivery terms at the time. Items were received with no further problems.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      This is a lie, I paid everything asked of me upfront, and the owners of this business AKA ****** himself, went to jail, and I had to be in touch with the *** for my things that were stranded on the side of the road across the country. This is a complete scam, im not even sure whos aloud to be responding in behalf of this business. LOL

      i even have his mugshot. If i need to respond with attachments and proof i can do just that.

      To whom it may concern , you can search that same case up and find out ****** was proven innocent of all charges . It was a civil issue with a customer who lied about storage . His best friend was a states

      attorney  who then put a random theft charge on ****** the owner when the situation was always a civil issue  . This led to him  being unable to deliver others belongings . This customer being one of them . So therefore it led to a chain of events of false claims etc . Also this customer is not saying that she did receive all of her property . ****** was acquitted of all charges and received a lawsuit . This situation also was 2 years ago . Business has since improved and had 100 percent customer satisfaction since . This customer clearly sounds like shes just trying to discourage the name of the company entirely . Ask her if she received her property ?. Thats the entire question . Stop stating false claims please and thank you

      I HIRED A MOVING COMPANY AND THEY HIRED HIM AND WE STILL HAVENT RECIEVED MY THINGS I TRIED TO CONTACT HIM AND HE IS GIVING ME THE ROUND AROUND I DONT KNOW WHERE MY THINGS AT

      My belongings were picked up Monday August 1, 2022 By Johnnyz ** LLC. ****** told me my stuff would arrive in ********************************* on Thursday, August 4, 2022. I told him that I wouldnt have my keys to the my new home until Friday, August 5,2022. He said, No problem. Your stuff will arrive Friday (5th), no later than Saturday (6th). It is now approaching three weeks from when he said my stuff would be delivered. I called and text him. He reads my message and doesnt reply. His voicemail is full and he doesnt return my calls. Im really concerned about my belongings. Its been 24 days since he picked up my things.

      This moving company was hired from a broker call new horizon! They pick up my furniture on 06/28/22 and they make arrangements to deliver on the following Friday! Guess what no delivery! After that was getting in touch with them by phone or text, and the only thing was getting was false information about the delivery time, until now no hope to get my furniture back!
