      Im so thankful that the broker sent Johnnyz. They didnt raise my estimate at all and they took into consideration I was an elderly woman . I really appreciate that. Nothing was broken . Everything delivered on time . Once again thanks so much

      As the mover hired by the broker Value Added Moving, JohnnyZ M&D picked up my son's household goods on July 8, 2022. The items were supposed to have been delivered on July 19. It is now 2 months since the pickup date. JohnnyZ will not tell us where the goods are, has avoided taking our calls, and when we have gotten through has provided us with at least 10 different delivery dates all of which were broken. In my opinion, their behavior is nothing short of theft and possession of stolen property which are crimes. This company is a complete fraud and should not be allowed to continue in business. The previous reviews found on the BBB website are in complete agreement with my statements made here. Stay away from this company.

      ....... FRAUD!!!! FALSE!!!! SCAM!!!! ****** and his **** are criminals, not movers!! "This moving company was hired from a broker call New Horizon! They pick up my furniture on 06/28/22 and they make arrangements to deliver on the following Friday! Guess what no delivery! After that was getting in touch with them by phone or text, and the only thing was getting was false information about the delivery time, until now no hope to get my furniture back! " This was the review I left last week, and they responded to it saying that they have already done the job. IT'S A LIE !!! they did not deliver my stuff!! they are trying to appear a solid and trustworthy company. DO NOT FALL FOR THAT. You'll lose your peace along with every beloved belonging you have.       ****** is an absolute liar, this guy could not be more unprofessional when it comes to communication and actually moving someone. He left items that were traveling from MI to WA in a ditch on the side of the road in the middle of nowhere in *******. He then proceeded to lie for the next 3 weeks about where the items were and that he was going to find and pickup them up for delivery. When the items were finally found by a local sheriff in ******* everything was broken and the other half of the items had been stolen. He now refuses to answer the phone when we are trying to file a claim through insurance. Shocked to find out he let his insurance lapse in coverage and no longer has it. At all cost do not use this scumbag he is a complete scam artist and will pick you up and steal everything you have!!!!!! SCAMMMMMMM!!!!
