      I had a fraudulent purchase made on my account a week ago. I have tried unsuccessfuly to reach Reverb (they don't have a phone number to speak with anyone). I have created at least 4 help tickets with no reply. My bank account is short $1600 and there seems to be nothing I can do about it other than pursuing this with my attorney.

      Stay away from this business. I had to return equipment as it was damaged when it arrived. It took forever to get my money back but the kicker is Reverb asked me to have the item professionally boxed and I was told that theyd reimburse me via PayPal. I got an email saying the money was deposited into my account but when I look at MY account theres NOTHING from them. *** sent unanswered emails, *** tried to chat with them. I even scheduled a phone call but didnt get called. . Im out money because I helped them.

      Reverb is glad to take your money in an instant, but when the product you buy is not delievered as shown they will take 10+ days to refund your money. Once they have taken 7 days to determine you should get a refund they will not let you dispute and false comments the seller puts on your account. Not will they take it down. I would not use this service if I were you.

      Processed a return that I denied then shipped me back my guitar damaged and told me that the insurance I bought from them, and used the shipper they sold me the label for was not covered.

      Horrible customer service - avoid this website at all costs. They locked me out by suspending my account for no apparent reason and I apparently am unable to restore it due to no ability to contact anyone to even find out the reason. If I could give them a negative rating I would. Buy and sell elsewhere

      This is what I sent their founder hoping to get some service. ***********, I reach out to you in hope that you can motivate your Reverb staff to do a better job or perhaps hire more staff so they can accomplish their jobs in a timely manner. I reached out to your customer service on 06/29/24 with a straightforward issue. A seller who offered returns up to 7 days on used items and 14 days on new refused to take a return on an item that had undisclosed damage and was not as advertised. The seller answered with a meandering diatribe accusing me of trying to scam him while also asking for my mercy because he was unemployed and had $2.45 in the bank. In my opinion and I believe according to your think of us as a backing band policy I should get my refund and the seller forced to take a return by no other reason than he offered it as part of his store policy. The fact that he tried to scam me is just the proverbial icing on the cake or a really good reason other than I just didn't want the item. It is now 07/08/24 and I've now reached out on three separate occasions trying to get this resolved to be told basically wait your turn. Five days is supposed to be the longest anyone would have to wait according to your site. Well its past five days and I am still waiting and although I have a five star rating and have made well over 100 transactions I'm being treated like a second class loser. You may have the biggest game in town now but if ***** can go down, well, your nowhere near their success before they nosed dived with similar tone deaf service.

      SOLD A **** FULLY TESTED AND SHIPPED IT- ***** GOT THE **** AND CLAIMED IT DIDN'T WORK AT ALL ONLY BECAUSE HE HAD *****S REMOSE. LONG STORY SHORT, ***** WAS ABLE TO GET A REFUND WHILE MY **** IS BEING SENT BACK TO ME DAMAGED. NOW IM GONNA GET A DAMAGED **** THAT I CAN'T SELL AND THE ***** HAD 5 DAYS TO DECIDE HE DIDNT WANT IT AND DAMAGE MY PRODUCT. THANKS REVERB. MY MPC 4000 IS NOW TRASH. WHO PROTECTS THE SELLER? NEVER AGAIN SELLING HERE.

      Bought an amp off reverb. The seller never made a label for it so I requested a refund through Reverb support. They emailed me back a day later saying that they need up to 4 days to get in touch with the seller before they email me to move onto the next steps. They still haven't emailed back 5 days after the 4 day period ended despite me emailing every day since. Extremely unprofessional, don't expect them to refund you if the item you bought never got shipped out I guess.

      Worst customer service experience of my life.I don't understand how a company can exist that won't respond with a human representative to resolve a customer complaint/issue with paid merchandise that has not been received. I have contacted the seller, Evolution Music and spoke to two individuals who had some empathy about this horrible experience of being denied delivery of a product that I soulfully wanted.And on top of this, I am finding out that I am dealing with a deaf-eared robot company like Reverb and ***.I've read a few of the numerous BBB complaint filings that mirrored some of what I've been going through.If this was a fault with *** why isn't there a way in place to investigate my issue from either Reverb or ***. It's like nothing can be done until I've waited ad infinitum without any recouse to a human customer service agent. My money should have been refunded as soon as this snafu took place with ***/Reverb/Evolution Music. That would have alleviated some of this perpetual angst that I have been put through. The tracking of my purchase was stalled since a *** label was created. Can't talk to a human being at either Reverb or ***.I will never order from this company again.

      I have been using Reverb for the better part of the last decade and recently had the worst customer service experience with them. Purchased a pedal listed as mint condition using reverb payments. Two days after the 7 day return window passed, the pedal started to malfunction. After taking the back plate off the pedal to inspect it, there were numerous, obvious poor soldering repairs visible. Clearly the pedal condition violated the definitions Reverb defines for Mint. Upon this discovery, I reached out to the seller who refused to refund or acknowledge the damage from undisclosed repairs. I then shared the pictures with reverb support who only offered me a $50 coupon. I understand it was outside the window by two days but the pedal was clearly not mint. After countless back and forth with support trying to resolve this issue, they refused to even reach out to the seller on my behalf to try to amicably settle the issue. They also refused my offer to ship the pedal directly to reverb for their inspection. In my almost decade of use I had nothing but 5 star positive feedback and an honest track record. Still they refused to do anything but offer a $50 coupon on my next purchase. I let them know if we couldnt get a refund Id have to dispute the charge with my credit card company because of the mismatch in product description and what I received. The again refused to help. Finally after so many attempts to settle without that resort I disputed with my credit card company who saw the evidence for what it was, and they got my money back. Because of this Reverb, rudely let me know they would suspend my account, which they did. Its insane to me that they would lose a ten year customer who has spent thousands on the site over a refund for a guitar pedal that was $220. There is no doubt they spent more in support costs fighting with me over it and not even attempting to contact the seller. *****. Thanks for freezing my account so I CANT spend any more money on your site.
