I called First Access in March 2023 and cancelled my card. I had stopped using this card but kept getting billed a monthly service fee and a late charge fee growing my 0 balance to $220. I called each month to close my account and was told I needed to pay the entire balance while late charges continued. I was finally able to settle for half but was told settled less than full balance would be reported to credit agencies. I'm looking for an adjustment on my bill of $220.Business response

First access held my credit card and I couldnt make any purchases starting January 1 due to an overpayment they said. I decided to cancel the credit card January 19 2022. The lady mentioned it would take three days to get my refund. And when I called today theyre saying its going to be 30 days. Every time I call I get different days and different answers to why theyre not releasing my money theres no debit on it there is a credit of $170 that theyve been holding already for three weeks one week since I canceled the credit card
