Purchase a vehicle on 12/2021 when I tried to renew the plates Secretary of State and they told me that it was reported stolen and I had to reach out to the dealer. The dealer had known about this since mid 2022 as well as Global Lending the finance company. I was paying for a vehicle that was not even registered under my name. After several attempts to reach out to the dealer they gave me temporary plates claiming they were going to figure out what happened. May 2023 came and the temporary plates expired and they had done nothing I had to go in person because they wouldnt answer the phone. They stated that I had to take the vehicle to the police from ********** that they were going to remove the stolen alert. I told them I was not taking the vehicle because it had expired plates and I could be arrested. They took the vehicle and later that day I received a call from the police officer stating they were keeping the vehicle until they resolved this matter. I was without a vehicle again for two more weeks until I went again in person and asked them for a vehicle they told me they will give me a loner vehicle until it would be resolved, they wouldnt change the vehicle for another one. They claimed because of paperwork. In late September they called me that I had to go to Secretary of State and obtain new plates. The vehicle had just been registered and I had to go , when that was their job. Once I paid for the plates I had to drop off the loner vehicle and they told me that I was going to get refunded for maintenance plan that I was charges without authorizing. That it would be refunded directly to Global Lending which until now it hasnt. They also said that I was going to received compensation for all the trouble I went thru all year, until today I havent. Then I received a bill from Global Lending on 12/2023 for charges for storage fees that they paid to release the vehicle. I was told by Honda City they paid, until today they havent refunded those fees.
