      Couple of weeks ago I bought brand new ************* sprinter 2500 2025 and after a couple of days I start having problem too close side door. I call Mr. ****** salesman and he told me that he know that new vans have slid doo issue. I made appointment and they found that is driveshaft bad. Same day they fix side slide door and I made appointment for driveshaft replace. After couple of days, I went up again to dealership and they replace driveshaft. Sales in this dealership is dishonest . They also charged me over $500 for DMV charge when I ask the salesman about charge he told me that is new charge in state of *******. This morning I went to *** in *******. They told me thats no such charge. This dealership do title and license plate with third part company. It is almost a month and I dont have any news about my license plate. I use van four business and some companies what I work request permanent license plate. After they told me that slide door is fixed I still have problem to close slide door. My my advice for Potential buyers to spend money somewhere else I have bed experience and after after I called couple times I dont have response from management. This dealership handle business on awful way.

      When I first walked in and saw all these ******** **** cars parked in the lobby it looked like a five-star hotel but for cars! I knew I was "far from home", and "not in my everyday environment", however visiting ******** **** of Chicago was AND has been THE GREATEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE I have EVER HAD in my entire life! REAL TALK! I had ALWAYS thought that these high-end value dealerships were snooty and uppity but MAN WAS I 110% WRONG on the very contrary!!! Now even though I KNOW I can't afford a vehicle worth MORE THAN MY HOME, the treatment, the high level of respect and professionalism was absolutely STELLAR! I was silently ashamed at myself for initially thinking the way I did before visiting. The atmosphere there actually made me feel like a millionaire. Not that that is the most important thing in the world because it's not, but the level of attention and respect was second to none! From the receptionist greeting, to the sales associate, to the finance officer, to the final walk through and delivery, EVERYTHING was absolutely supreme! I wholeheartedly and HIGHLY RECOMMEND ************* of Chicago 110%!And if you do get to visit ask for either ******************* OR *******************, two of the MOST wonderful salesmen you'll ever meet as well as very fine, honest and concerned individuals. If I can give them more than five stars I definitely would! Thank you ******** **** of Chicago!??????????+????

      On September 15th 2022, I purchased a brand new ******** **** GLA35 from Fletcher Jones in Chicago. Upon driving the car, I discovered that wind wipers are not working properly and making strange noises, brakes are making noises and not working properly. I am very disappointed and shocked by what happened, and I find the situation very irritating. New cars simply dont do that. While I do understand that manufacturing errors do happen, I still cant comprehend the fact that the car was not tested before handover. Moreover, when I tried reaching out to the car dealership to fix the issue, I havent heard anything from the dealer to date. I was told a loaner would be assigned but still no progress. I called customer service for the same but got very arrogant and unprofessional responses. This is not the type of product and service I would have expected from a manufacturer of like ********. I would recommend it to anyone.
