    I have continueosly reached out to Free People to get my restriction taken off of my account. I even have filed another complaint to BBB that you guys said you would resolve 3 months ago. How long does it take to get a restriction taken off for someone who literally does not owe anything. I am a frequent customer of ********************** and have bought countless items from you guys. But the one time my package is stolen and i have to dispute the charge ( per your customer service representative request) I get restricted. I have been restricted for three months and i have submitted not one but two request to get unrestricted to which you replied that the restriction had been taken off and then the second response was that you were working on it. Now I am doing this again. I hope you can see why I am upset.

After reviewing your order history, the restriction was removed for all ***************** ************ Note that we did not charge you for any recently canceled orders should you see a pending charge on your payment method, it will resolve within 1-3 business days. 


    While we can't reinstate any canceled orders, we're happy to assist with a reorder over the phone if that's easier for you. Simply contact our **************** team. If a promotional discount was applied to a canceled order, we'll be happy to honor it again just provide the prior order number for which it was used to the customer service representative. 


    We apologize for any inconvenience or frustration that *** have occurred as a result of the restriction. We hope that our brand brings you joy the next time you shop with us.

    I have purchased a specific item from Free People multiple times and each time my order is cancelled due to my account being restricted however, this is my first time buying from free People. I called and spoke with a representative who stated someone would call me back, no one ever did. I tried purchasing from different email accounts and these same occurrences continue. This is so unprofessional and I want my item
