    On April 11, 2023 I purchase a dress online for $25.99 plus $9.99 shipping, total of $35.98 from Just Fashion Now. My order number is HBC03590000 and my tracking number is YT2310421236028428 and my **** tracking number is **********************. On May 2, 2023 I contacted Just Fashion Now via online chat because I had not received the order yet. I was told to check back in a few business days. On May 15, 2023 I contacted them via email with a screen shot from **** showing that the last update was: "**** shows that a shipping label was prepared on 4/15/23 in ******** ** ***** and **** was awaiting the item". I received a response telling me to verify my mailing address. It's been over a month since I placed this order. I need to hear from Just Fashion Now that they are investigating where my item is at this time, and if they are unable to locate it, issue a refund. There is nothing in the tracking that shows it was delivered to my address.

    Order Number: HBC03584877 For $135.98. I placed an order. At checkout, I was given some coupon codes. My order allowed for free shipping and a free gift. I chose the free gift which was earrings. That option kept defaulting back to socks with cats on them. I kept choosing the earrings. It went through. Then I was given the option for more discounts by entering a code. I accepted the code, saw the savings go from $109 to about $103. I had to again, choose earrings as my free gift. I assumed the website had a glitch. I went to next screen and entered my credit card information. It did not show an amount due on this screen. Once I submitted my order, that was it. I wasn't able to see any cost to my order. I received an email shortly. I assumed it was receipt. It was not. It was a thank you for placing my order. That was it! No other information. A few days later I saw the amount I was charged. It was for $135.98, the amount before discounts. They charged me shipping because my order went from $109 to $103 with discounts. If I had known this, I would have removed the discount codes in order to save $30 in shipping. And I have seen that once again, the cat socks my free gift. I want none of this. When I receive these items, if I ever do, I will refuse the delivery and have them returned. I want a full refund. THis is a scam. They still have not sent me a final invoice detailing all the charges. I have repeatedly disputed this only to be told the same thing over and over again. My order has shipped, so they say, with no date of delivery. Lying theives!They do not give clear purchase totals when you are trying to check out. I knew my order was what I wanted, but you have to fill in required fields. I thought I would be given the total for final review, like reputable places do. They did not.

    I ordered a dress from Justfashionnow online. I ordered an extra large and was sent a small. After emailing the company in an attempt to get the right size. I was told that I would have to return the small dress that I did not order to ***** and pay the shipping and fees that cost more than the dress itself.

    I ordered 3 items back in November. I received 1 item. I contacted the company and was told to track my package. This did not work. Now they are telling me I canceled my order(which I did not). I have been charged on my credit card and they will not give me a refund

    I thought I would love the products and did most of my holiday shopping with them. After spending hundreds of dollarsI found most items disappointing but decided to live with it. One item, however I decided to return and was not only impossible because the packaging content list did not list which item was in which package. then it lists that you cannot even return a many items that are not used or even unwrapped such as a hat. Then they say that the customer is responsible for returns. Then you have to go on line get authorization to return the Item(s)and when you get authorization you have to return the address via email with all travails ie: tracking number shipping company all with in 48 hours with every step documented. this will diswade customers to return even just for size exchange. I am one of those. 78 years old I will just keep it all, be taken off the mailing list and file this and another complaint if they don't take me off the email list. I now rate them an F- ps I tried to photograph and attach a receipt but I can't figure out how to do it because this isn't an email. sorry .     I purchased 3items from the website. They are not as advertised. I have contacted the customer service department 3 times to get a return label for a refund. They have sent email saying they will send a return label in the next ******************************************************************* 15% of the purchase price if I forgo the return. ****** has no way to contact them about this company. The website has good reviews posted. After dealing with this company they cannot be real. Can you do anything not only about getting a refund but also getting ****** to remove them from their site.     i placed an order for clothes on Oct.19/22 in the amount of ****** I've received 3 pieces one 1 am keeping 2pieces was return Irequested info about their return policy the info sent was their return center is located in ***** after i had mailed it back to the address on the package which is located in ******* they didn't inform me about their policy for return before i placed the order If I had known about ***** I would not have placed the order They offered a 15% return on the purchase which I am not willing to accept. Being that the majority of the order hasn't shipped I have requested that they cancel the order because of the problem with returns. I found out that they billed my card for the entire order even thou I haven't received it.I am no longer interested in receiving the order I want it to be cancel and ****** refunded. all expenses for the return to ***** must be paid by the consumer not acceptable even thou part of the order was shipped here in *******

    On 8.11.2022 I purchased 2 dresses that were received after 5 weeks.Once received I found them to be poorly made and did not want to keep them.I contacted Just Fashion Now for a refund per their online instructions and was informed that they could not process. After multiple attempts and no further assistance from the company I felt I needed to work with BBB to resolve.

    I ordered clothing from JustFashionNow. It clearly stated they were made in *** and shipped from ***, returns were welcomed if not satisfied. Ive went through h*** attempting to get a return label by contacting through emails, been offered 15% off to keep items, then told return center is somewhere in ***** and shipping charges apply! I contacted them on their website first, and followed instructions. This stuff does not fit me and I cannot use it!

    I ordered some clothes online around June 10, 2022, I received the clothes the next week. I tried the clothes on and only a blouse fits and one pairs pants fitted. I email them for their address and they gave me the run around. I looked at one of the bag and found the address. Now the customer service states that is not the correct the correct address is not address on the bag. I explained to them that I sent all of the items in one box. All of the items were all in the same box. She/He is saying she only received one items and its the one pair of pant. How is that possible? I need my money back for the other four dresses, from this company. They are making me think that the package only had one item and the rest were lost. I paid $15.25 to mail through **** Please help me!
