I wish there was a no star review. I had a gut feeling this business was a scam. Sure enough, I was correct. They are refusing to refund the me half the amount I paid already. If you read all of their reviews on yelp, they ******* all of their customers. I am in the process of filing a small claims on the company and will be getting my money back one way or another.

They botched almost every aspect of my cousins wedding, I'm beginning to think the photos they capture that are successful are by accident. Lily & Lime Photography have a protocol with papers drawn up for refunds when **** and ****'s photographer's do a horrible job to try to NDA people in return for their money. Kind of feels like extortion.I hope this finds people searching for reviews about the photography of **** and ****, because their quality was horrible and they refuse to make right by my cousins after botching all the photos from their gorgeous wedding.

They did a horrible job at editing photos from my wedding. They slapped a filter on them and that is it. Do not use this company. We just got our photos back Feb ****.

Please save yourself the trouble and do not use **** and Lime. I was a July 2023 bride, and 4 months later, I am still having to deal with **** and ****...... (1) They were 1.5 hrs late to my wedding morning so getting ready photos of my husband are horrible and minimal, and (2) the quality of the photos look like they were taken from an old iPhone. Not to mention the angles and "perspective" looks like that of a four year old. (3) A majority of our photos have an orange hue to them, so it looks like we were married on Mars rather than in beautiful Colorado. The exact opposite for what you want your WEDDING PHOTOS to look like. To make matters even worse, (4) we took an hour + photo shoot with the moon during our reception, and we were showed the beautiful photos on the camera. However, when we received the disappointing portfolio, not a single one of those photos were included. When I asked them what happened to these moon photos, the reply is "they just didn't turn out".....even though we saw them turn out...... (5) They also didn't even capture a photo of the bridesmaids, my husband and I, and the groomsmen at the altar together.....and they call themselves professionals? Over three months after bringing up these issues, I am still having to deal with this "company" as everyone is incompetent. I was told multiple times that I'd hear from someone within 48 hours , and I never did......The list could go on.....I do appreciate the reviews here bringing up the other "agreements" **** and **** tries to spring on you after you've been fighting for them to do the right thing, and give you a refund for the amateur work. They send these agreements for an insulting amount of money to ensure your silence, and force you to remove any poor reviews and to never be able to speak your truth on this company. Beyond unethical.

: Disappointing Experience with **** and Lime: Poor Video Quality, Noisy Drone, and Unwillingness to Refund I recently had a rather disappointing experience with **** and Lime, a videography service that I had high hopes for. I hired them to capture a special event, but unfortunately, the outcome fell far short of my expectations, leaving me dissatisfied on multiple fronts: video quality, drone noise, and their refusal to compromise on a refund.First and foremost, the video quality delivered by **** and **** was far from what I had anticipated. The footage lacked the crispness and clarity that I believe is essential for capturing the essence of any special occasion. Despite discussing my expectations with the videographer beforehand, the end result left me with grainy, pixelated, and subpar video footage that failed to do justice to the event.Adding to my disappointment was the excessive noise produced by their drone during the shoot. I had chosen **** and Lime in part for their promise of aerial shots, hoping to add a unique perspective to my event. However, the noise generated by the drone was not only distracting but also disruptive to the atmosphere I was trying to create. It significantly marred the experience for both me and my guests, and I couldn't help but feel that the lack of professionalism in managing the noise was a major letdown.Perhaps the most frustrating part of my experience with **** and Lime was their unwillingness to consider a refund or any form of compensation for the subpar service I received. I understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, but it's crucial for businesses to demonstrate a commitment to customer satisfaction. Despite my attempts to discuss my concerns and seek a resolution, I was met with resistance and a lack of willingness to acknowledge the shortcomings of their service.

After signing up with **** and **** and paying the 200 deposit, I looked more into the company. I received no information pertaining to a photographer or my wedding, only more notices about more payments. This seemed fishy so I investigated. There are multiple horrible reviews and people on reddit exposing their business model of hiring the cheapest photographers they can get and the photos may or may not be good. I wanted out. They then sent a cancellation contract trying to get me to sign away my right to say anything bad about them on social media etc. They are scamming people and tricking them into paying for something they never received. I am happy to pay the money that I owe legally because of my stupid mistake and not reading their horrible contract, but I will NOT be signing their cancellation contract. I do not need to sign a contract to cancel services, nor am I waiving my right to inform others of this company this is providing subpar services to couples on a very important day to them. This company needs to do better. Another videographer that worked for them wrote how their whole goal is to not let you meet the photographer or get to know them before the event. This company is operating on legal scams. There is a reason they are cheap.
